Second, the sales price and collection method:
1. The sales price exceeds the designated sales price of Party A. Party B gets %. If the sales price is lower than the reserve price of Party A, Party A must obtain written approval from Party A;

Fourth, the settlement method:
The two parties agreed that the self-purchasing client and Party A will sign a house sale and purchase contract, and the real estate certificate will be transferred to the house.
One-time payment settlement method:
One-time payment refers to the payment of all the payment to the account of Party B on the day when the customer who purchased the house and Party A signed the house sale and purchase contract;
Party B will purchase the house payment, and Party A will transfer the house payment to Party A within three days from the date of completion of the transfer of the real estate certificate after Party A has gone through the procedures for transfer of property rights or entrusted Party B to handle the transfer of property rights.
Mortgage loan settlement method: After the purchase customer and Party A sign the purchase contract, the purchase customer will apply to the bank for mortgage loan after paying the first installment payment to Party B. After the mortgage loan procedure is approved, after the real estate license is transferred and the mortgage is executed, The first payment is paid by Party B, and the mortgage is paid by the mortgage bank.
In order to ensure the security of the house transaction, after the property ownership transfer procedure is completed, Party A shall, after receiving the notice from Party B, obtain the house payment from Party B with the identity card of the person. 5. Agent term and agency permission:

6. Collection of agency fees

7. Rights and obligations of both parties:

If the address and telephone number of Party A are changed, Party A is responsible for the loss caused to Party A without being notified to Party A. Party A's telephone number and address are subject to the address set out in this contract and will be served by post.
4. After Party A and Party B have signed a house sale and purchase contract, if both parties entrust Party B to handle the transfer formalities of the real estate license, the agency fee shall be paid.
5. After the real estate license has been transferred, if both parties recover the house payment, the real estate agent obligation specified in the agency contract will be completed.
6. In principle, Party B requires Party A to deliver the property to the purchase customer after the real estate license has been transferred. Under special circumstances, Party A is willing to notify Party B in writing in advance of the delivery of the house.
7. Party B is an intermediary agency of real estate and assumes the rights and obligations of the intermediary agency according to law.
8. Liability for breach of contract:
1. During the entrusted agency, Party B will entrust the real estate to sell and sign a fixed-term agreement with the purchaser. If the purchaser fails to fulfill the provisions of the fixed-term agreement, Party B has the right to terminate the fixed-term agreement and confiscate the deposit; Party B shall pay liquidated damages after Party B has signed a fixed-term agreement with the purchaser. Party A shall pay liquidated damages. The amount of liquidated damages shall be the deposit paid by Party B to Party B.
2. Party A shall not entrust the immovable property to any intermediary institution or individual other than Party B, otherwise it shall be deemed to be in breach of contract and shall be liable for breach of contract. If Party A sells the entrusted property by itself, Party B shall notify Party B three days in advance, otherwise Party B shall still sell the unsold property, and Party A shall bear the economic losses caused thereby.
9. Party B must strictly abide by the principle of honesty, credibility and efficient service, and actively, actively and enthusiastically provide agency services for Party A. Party B must strictly abide by Party A's relevant trade secrets and cannot be leaked.

X. Both parties agree that this contract shall be arbitrated by the Arbitration Commission in the event of a dispute. The arbitration is final.
