It is valid for 90 days from the date of receipt of the proposal.
This service contract will use the person-month contract. See Chapter 2 for contractual conditions.
The owner will consider whether to accept the proposal based on the quality of the proposal, the ability of the company to assign personnel, the experience in similar projects, the reasonableness of the economic proposal, etc., and notify the company whether the proposal is accepted during the validity period of the proposal. .
