The conditions for this warranty are:
If the bidder withdraws the bid in the validity period of the bid specified in the bid; or if the bidder receives the notice of winning the bid from the owner within the validity period of the bid;
Failure to or refuse to sign the contractual agreement as required in accordance with the requirements of the tender; or fail to or refuse to comply with the requirements of the tender, and provide the deposit of the law.
We guarantee that after receiving the first written request from the owner, we will pay the above amount to the owner. There is no need for the owner to issue any proof. In the written request, the condition is that the owner will be required to notice that the payment is due to the occurrence. One or two of the above conditions, and specify the situation. This warranty is valid for 30 days after the validity period specified in the bidding notice or the validity of the extended bids before that date.
