2. Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A and assigns a patent agent: _________ to handle the patent agency affairs of the above paragraph according to law. The agent dispatched by Party B shall protect Party A’s lawful rights and interests in accordance with the law and provide the technology confidentiality provided by Party A. If the appointed agent is unable to perform for any reason, Party B shall be responsible for the appointment of another patent agent to take over.
3. Party A shall truthfully state the background and technical materials and relevant data of the project to the patent agent, and actively cooperate with the patent agent to handle the patent affairs. Party A has the right to terminate the agency if it has fraudulent and uncoordinated behavior, but Fees are not refundable.
4. Party A may cancel the entrusted agency relationship with Party B at any time, but the fees are not refundable.
5. During the period of the commencement of this contract, if any of the inventions such as “applicant address”, “contact address”, “contact person” and “contact phone number” listed in clause 1 of this contract changes, Party A must promptly notify Party B by mail or by fax. Otherwise, Party A shall be solely responsible for the consequences.
