Copyright transfer and publication contract


According to the <<_______>> stipulation, the author is required to sign a formal written copyright transfer and publication contract for each paper published. Please fill in the following spaces and sign and return the original to the editorial office of <<_______. After receiving the contract signed by the author, the paper can be officially published. According to China's "Electronic Signature Law", the author may choose to sign by electronic signature and send this contract back to the editorial department by email. After consultation between the author and the editorial department, the issue of the copyright transfer of the paper was published on the <<____>> annual essay, and the following agreement was reached:
1. The author guarantees that the above paper is the original, has never been published before, and does not infringe on the copyrights already owned by others.
2. If only one author is signed on behalf of all authors, the author of the signature guarantees that he has the right to transfer the copyright on behalf of other authors.
3. The author allows the editorial department to use the exclusive copyright and distribution rights of the above papers. Exclusive copyright and distribution rights refer to the exclusive right to publish and distribute the above papers in the form of printed materials or CDs, databases, e-books, and the Internet. However, the author still enjoys the freedom to reprint this paper on the non-paperized text when it is not profitable as a destination to promote popular science knowledge or exchange academic ideas. However, the author warrants that the reprint rights of this article have been obtained from the editorial department of <<_______>>.
4. According to the provisions of Article 14 of the Copyright Law, the editorial department enjoys the copyright of the <<_______>> annual essays and journals as a whole, and the authors enjoy the copyright of the above papers.
5. After the above papers are published in the "<_______>> annual essays in the form of e-books or published in other ways, the editorial department does not charge the author any fees, nor does it pay the author's remuneration.
6. If the Chinese author is convenient, he can notarize the signed contract through the notary office. However, according to the practice of international academic journals, <<_______>> generally does not strictly require this. After the author implements the electronic signature in accordance with the Chinese electronic signature law, the contract can be effective.
7. Other unsuccessful matters, if any problems occur, are handled in accordance with the provisions of the Chinese Copyright Law.
