1. This book is intended to be used by the parties in accordance with Article 49 of the Trademark Law to apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for the application for revocation of a registered trademark review. Applicants only need to write an application in accordance with the style requirements of this application, and are not subject to the length of this document.
