Product Background: This CD-ROM is one of the series of commercial optical discs developed by Party A and has been published by the publishing house.

Article 1: After friendly negotiation between the two parties, Party A agrees to assign, and Party B agrees to accept the copyright of the CD-ROM. This agreement is now reached.

Article 2: Party A guarantees the copyright of this product.

Article 3: The transfer amount is RMB 10,000 yuan.

Article 4: Payment method:

1 Sale and payment of 10,000 yuan A one-time payment on the date of delivery of CD-R.
2 The second payment of 10,000 yuan will be paid in one lump sum before the date of the year.
3 The third payment of 10,000 yuan will be paid in one lump sum before the date of the year.

Article 5: Party A's powers and obligations

1 During the term of the contract, Party A shall not transfer the copyright of the product to a third party or grant a third party agent sales right without the consent of Party B.
2 Party A still reserves the right to authorize the above products.
3 Party A has the right to obtain the copyright transfer fee.
4 Party A has the right to sell the product from Party B at the retail price.
5 Party A shall provide the CD-R of this product within the effective date of the contract.

Article 6: Party B's powers and obligations

1 Party B has the right to authorize the above products.
2 Party B has the obligation to pay the transfer payment on time.
3 After the finished disc is completed, Party B shall allocate a small amount of gift trays, which shall be provided to the publisher's sample discs and provided to Party A's sample discs.

Article 7: Party A agrees that Party B shall modify the content and version of this product by itself. However, Party A reserves the right to authorship and the title of the product.

Article 8: Default clause:

1 If Party A delivers the CD-R of this product on the date of overdue, Party B has the right to terminate this contract and claim compensation from Party A for the loss.
2 According to the above Article 4, if Party B deferred payment, Party B shall pay Party A the deferred payment compensation amount on the basis of three thousandths of daily. If the payment exceeds 20 days, Party B still has not paid, and Party A has the right to terminate this contract. You are free to use the copyright and are no longer bound by this contract. The collected amount is no longer refunded, and the finished product that has been produced by Party B is entitled to be recovered at the basic cost price.

Article 9: The dispute between the two parties due to the interpretation or performance of the contract shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties. If the negotiation is not successful, the lawsuit shall be settled.

Article 10: This contract shall take effect from the date of signature by both parties.

The transfer of the copyright takes effect on the date the final transfer fee is settled.

Article 11: This contract is made in two copies, each party holding one.
