Copyright grant contract

The contractor x x x trustee x x x edited x x x book, the two sides agreed as follows:

1. Party B shall pay Party A's draft fee for each thousand words x x yuan. When signing this contract, the amount of x x yuan shall be prepaid in advance, and the remainder shall be paid in one lump sum when Party A delivers the manuscript.

3. The copyright of this book shall be transferred by Party A with the consent of Party A, and Party B shall handle the copyright registration.

4. If it is detained, confiscated, or prohibited from being issued by the relevant authorities, Party A shall be liable for compensation.

5. The copyright of this book belongs to Party B. Party A shall not separate all or part of the contents of this book and publish or transfer it by itself.

6. The typesetting proofreading of this book shall be the responsibility of Party B. However, if it is correct, Party A may be requested to make the final check.
