Article 6 Party A’s Responsibility

1. After receiving the manuscript, Party A shall notify Party B that it has received the manuscript within __ days and complete the review within __ month to inform Party B whether to adopt or revise it. Otherwise the manuscript is considered accepted.

2. If Party A has no requirements for modification of the manuscript, Party A shall sign a publishing contract with Party B within the prescribed review period.

3. If Party A proposes to modify the manuscript, Party B shall modify the return within __ months. Party A shall review the individual in __.

If the manuscript is modified to meet the publication requirements, Party A shall sign a publishing contract with Party B within the review period. If the modification still fails to meet the requirements, Party A shall notify Party B in writing to terminate the contract and return the manuscript to Party B, but shall pay Party B a draft fee of ____ yuan according to the draft, as compensation for Party B's labor.

5. After the signing of this contract, if the manuscript reaches the publishing level: due to Party A’s reasons, the publishing contract cannot be signed. Article 7 Party B’s Responsibility
