Second, Party A guarantees:
From the book's topic selection, group drafting, review, editing and processing, to the quality of all work in printing and proofreading. Both should reach the level of Party B's publications.
Party A shall, in accordance with the Ministry of Culture's "Provisions on the Protection of Copyrights of Books and Periodicals" and the "Provisions for the Examination of Book Remuneration"; pay the authors basic remuneration, printed remuneration and sample books, and implement other relevant regulations.
The manuscript is a manuscript created by the author himself. There is no plagiarism, infringement of the copyright of others, or a double vote; otherwise, the author and Party A are responsible for the consequences and compensate the publisher for the economic losses.
The book is operated independently by Party A, taxed according to the regulations, and is responsible for its own profits and losses. Within three months after the publication of the book, the management fee shall be paid to Party B in accordance with the code%; the management fee shall be paid at the time of reprinting. The minimum administrative fee for the first publication is yuan.
According to the Ministry of Culture's regulations on collaborative publishing, Party A shall promptly notify Party B of the number of copies before the book is printed.
If the book is publicly issued through Xinhua Bookstore, Party A entrusts Party B to handle the relevant matters on its behalf. The publication business tax of the book shall be borne by Party A. If Party B is entrusted, Party B shall deliver it to Party B within three months after the publication.
If Party A conducts its own issuance, it shall have a business license and pay taxes according to regulations. The tax may be entrusted to Party B within three months or directly to the local tax bureau.
After the book is published, Party A shall give Party B 50 copies of the first printed sample book; halve the reprint.
Third, Party B guarantees:
According to the notification requirements of the Ministry of Culture, Party B shall be fully responsible for the cooperatively published books, and “no final draft shall be issued without the approval of the publisher”. To this end, in addition to the work program to effectively incorporate the book into the management plan of Party B, it is also necessary to make a review of the selection of the topic, the review of the quality of the manuscript and the design of the manuscript design, and the review of the proof before the press. jobs. According to the Ministry of Culture's provisions on collaborative publishing notices, the exclusive copyright of this book belongs to Party B for a period of 10 years. Party B allows Party A to publish the name of the publisher in the book. Party A shall print the copyright page in the book in accordance with the format specified by Party B. The book number is " ".

5. If either party withdraws the collaborative publication in the middle of the cause or violates the relevant provisions of the Protocol, the parties have the right to demand compensation from the other party for all economic losses.
