Magazine mailing contract

First, Party A’s responsibility
After the first magazine entrusted Party B to issue, the publication status of the magazine, such as its name, length, date, pricing, scope of issuance, and distribution method, will be fixed year by year and will remain unchanged. The special circumstances shall be changed from the second half of the year. Party A shall pay Party B a change fee: ____ yuan issued nationwide and ____ yuan issued in the province. The second time and method of publication

Article 3 Party A shall publish the following contents in the lower right corner of the back cover of each issue of the magazine.

2. Quarterly subscription price, current retail price;
3. Mailing magazine code;
4. Public or limited domestic issuance;
5. Publishing the administrative registration number of the administrative organ;
6. General Distribution Office __ Post and Telecommunications Bureau, ordering offices around the post and telecommunications bureau.
Article 4 A temporary supplement to the magazine, Party A must notify Party B of the approval procedures or photocopies of the supplements three months before the publication. And pay the labor service fee to Party B according to the regulations. The magazine's temporary joint publication must be priced and notified to Party B three months before publication.
Article 5 After the publication of the magazine to Party B, Party A shall not engage in another issuance system except for consultation with Party B and with the consent of Party B. Except for the retail sales of the sales department that Party A operates, it does not handle or entrust other units or individuals to handle the issuance business. However, if the foreign readers miss the B-party collection period and the area outside the postal range, Party A can self-issue.
Second, the responsibility of Party B
Article 6 Party B shall be responsible for the comprehensive publicity of the magazine and shall actively carry out the work of ordering and retailing. Party B shall distribute and post the promotional materials printed by Party A free of charge.
Article 7 Party B shall submit the order quantity of this period to Party A at least __ days before the publication of the magazine.
Article 8 The magazine shall be shipped in a timely manner. If Party B's liability is delayed for more than __day, Party B shall pay Party A the delay fee for the loss of __% of the amount of the unpaid portion of the price.

Article 12 When the pricing is increased due to changes in the price of the publication, the difference between the price increase and the amount received by Party B shall be borne by Party A. 2. For the magazines that have been shipped, the telephone and telegraph charges used by the local post offices to stop and stop the sale will be borne by Party A. The magazines that are stopped or stopped for sale shall be handled by Party B.
3. Party B shall not be responsible for the recovery of the subscribers who have already submitted the subscribers and the magazines that have already been sold.
4. If the magazine withdraws or stops the sale, Party A shall reissue the reissue, and Party B shall charge another issue fee; if it cannot reprint the reissue, Party A shall publish the notice of the notice, and Party B shall not refund the subscriber.
