Issuance contract

Article 1 Party A entrusts Party B to issue the exclusive books listed above for a period of five years from the date of the contract, and Party B shall not subcontract or distribute it to others during the issuance period.

Article 2 In order to obtain the entrusted distribution rights of the above books, Party B shall pay the remuneration to Party A, which shall be calculated at a rate of x x yuan per thousand words. The number of words is full, and the total x x words, totaling RMB x x yuan, are paid in one lump sum at the time of contract.

Article 3 When Party A signs this contract, Party A shall hand over the manuscript to Party B.

Article 4 Party A guarantees that the contents of the above-mentioned manuscripts do not infringe the copyrights of others and violate current laws and regulations.

Article 5 The above-mentioned manuscripts shall be issued by Party B within six months from the date of accepting the manuscript. Party A may, after the expiration of the term, may appoint another bookstore to print and confiscate all the issued remunerations paid by Party B at the end of the year. If it is returned to the state treasury, Party B shall not raise an objection.

Article 6 The cover of the book shall be marked with the words "editor: xx Compilation Hall". The copyright page shall contain the name of the author of the xx Compilation Hall and the author's name, such as the cover of the university book and the top of the spine. Edit the words of the university book.

Article 7 The above listed books shall be printed in accordance with the specifications set by Party A during the typographical period. Party B shall be responsible for the primary school and the second school, and shall send the three schools and the fine school layout together with the cover, the back cover and the seaming page to Party A for verification and signature, and then start printing on the machine.

Article 8 The price of a single page of the above books shall not exceed RMB x if calculated on the 24th. The price of other copies is calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Article 9 After the publication of the above books, Party A shall be responsible for answering any questions raised by the readers.

Article 10 After the publication of the above listed books, Party B shall present 20 copies of Party A's sample books for examination. Party A shall purchase 100 copies of each of them at a 30% discount from Party B, and distribute them to relevant domestic and foreign units for reference.

Article 11 The above listed books may be amended during the period of entrusted issuance. If Party A believes that there is an amendment, it may be amended. Party B shall not refuse, the revised expenses shall be borne by Party A, and Party B shall give Party A a revised version of 20 copies of the sample book. .

Article 12 Upon the expiration of this contract, the New Testament may be renewed with the consent of both parties. If one party is unwilling to renew the contract, it shall notify the other party three months before the expiration of the contract.

Article 13 The parties shall abide by the provisions of this contract. If one party breaches the contract, the other party may not declare the contract terminated. The party breaching the contract shall be liable for the loss of the other party.

Article 14 This contract shall be made in triplicate. After the signature of the two parties, each contract shall be executed, and the other shall be forwarded by Party A to the main management system for reporting.
