In view of the copyright of the works owned by Party A, the parties reached an agreement as follows:

If Party B fails to publish on time, Party A shall notify Party A before the expiration of the publication period, and the parties shall separately agree on the date of publication. Party B shall pay the penalty for the event, and Party B shall not publish the contract at the date of publication agreed by both parties. Party A may terminate the contract, and Party B shall compensate Party A for the loss and pay the liquidated damages in proportion.

Article 9 Once the translation has been published, Party B shall provide this sample book with Party A free of charge, and shall endeavor to promote the reproduction of the translation.

Article 10 If Party B wishes to increase the number of copies, Party B may, at its discretion, increase the number of copies during the year, but Party A shall notify Party A of the number and pricing of the proposed resolution, and shall pay compensation to it within the manner specified in Article 4 within the day. Article 11 Without the prior written consent of Party A, Party B shall not exercise any other rights other than the translations specified in Article 1.

Article 12 Without the prior consent of Party A, Party B shall not permit the translation right granted by any third party to exercise, and the translation may not use Party B's own version.

Article 13 If Party B fails to pay the remuneration stipulated in this contract within the day, if Party A does not cancel the contract, Party B shall continue to perform the contract payment and pay the penalty for the payment of the penalty. Article 14 In addition to the rights expressly granted to Party B in this contract, all other rights of the work shall be retained by Party A. The rights that Party B wishes to obtain shall be clearly stipulated in this contract.

Article 15 Party A has the right to verify the number of copies of the translation. If Party A specifies a third party verification, a power of attorney is required. If Party B conceals the number of copies, in addition to paying compensation to Party A, it shall also pay liquidated damages and bear the verification fee. If the verification result is consistent with the number of copies provided by Party B, the verification fee shall be borne by Party A.

Article 16 If Party B violates the agreement of this contract and fails to notify Party A to correct it within the month, or Party A has cancelled the contract that cannot be fulfilled, this contract is automatically terminated, and Party B's translation right is returned to Party A, Party B. Party A shall compensate the loss and pay liquidated damages in proportion.

Article 17 Party B shall pay compensation to Party A in the manner entrusted by Party B, and shall be converted into the currency determined by the contract in accordance with the foreign Jiangsu price of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of China.

Article 18 If a dispute arises between the two parties due to the interpretation or performance of the contract, it shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties. If the negotiation fails, arbitration or stagnation.
