The author of the above-mentioned manuscript and the drafter signed this contract on the date of the month, and the parties reached an agreement as follows:

Article 2 Requirements for the manuscript:

Article 3 The date of delivery: The author is unable to deliver the manuscript on time, and submits it to the drafter six months ago. The two parties may also submit the date of the manuscript or suspend the contract according to the manuscript.

Article 4 The author guarantees that the above-mentioned works will not be posted to other publishing units or journals, or that the above-mentioned guarantees will cause losses to the drafters, and appropriate compensation will be given.

After receiving the manuscript, the fifth drafter informs the author that the manuscript has been received within the day, and the review is completed within the month to inform the author whether to adopt or refrain, otherwise the manuscript has been accepted.

If the drafter has no amendments to the article, he or she will sign a publishing contract with the author within the time limit for the above-mentioned provisions.

If the drafter proposes to amend the manuscript, the author will modify the return within the agreed date of both parties. The drafter will be reviewed within the month. The author refuses to rectify the amendment or refuses to return the revised manuscript for no reason during the above-mentioned date. The contractor may revoke this contract.

If the manuscript is modified to meet the publication requirements, the drafter will sign a publishing contract with the author. If the modification still does not meet the requirements, the drafter may notify the applicant in writing to repeal the contract and return the copyright to the author, but will follow the author's draft. Pay a small amount of the draft fee as part of the labor compensation.

Article 6 After the signing of this contract, if the manuscript reaches the publishing level: due to the reason of the drafter, the publishing contract cannot be signed, and the drafter pays the author the basic manuscript remuneration and returns the manuscript to the author;

Due to the change of the objective situation, the publication contract cannot be signed, and the drafter pays the author the basic manuscript remuneration. The manuscript is retained by the contributor for the year. If a third party is willing to publish the manuscript within the time limit, the author must notify the contributor and consult. Willing to publish. If the drafter does not intend to publish, the author has the right to repeal this contract and return the manuscript to a third party for publication. If the above-mentioned retention period is exceeded, the drafter will return the manuscript to the author and the contract will be invalid.

After receiving the manuscript, the seventh drafter shall compensate the author for the economic loss if the original is damaged or lost.

Article 8 After the signing of the publication contract of the manuscript is signed, the contract will lapse by itself.

Article 9 This contract is made in two copies, and each party holds one copy.
