The manual should be typed or printed, the writing should be neat and clear, black, in line with the requirements of the plate making, and must not be altered. The word height is between 0.3-0.4 cm and the line spacing is between 0.3-0.4 cm. There must be a blank space around, leaving 2.5 cm on the left and top, and 1.5 cm on the right and bottom.

The continuation page must be consistent with the size and quality of the front page. It should be written horizontally. It should only be used on the front side. The reverse side should not be used.
