Article 2 Cooperation period

Article 3 Transfer of technical secrets and technical files

Article 4 Price and payment method

Article 5 Cooperative Production and Compensation Trade

Article 6 guarantee

Article 7 Taxes

1. All taxes that are payable for the performance of this contract shall be borne by Party A in the foreign affairs of Party B.

Article 8 Trademark

1. Party B has the right to use the serial number of Party A's trademark and contract product. Party B shall mark the following trademarks on the contract products produced by ________: ____________________

Article 10 Force Majeure

Article 11 Arbitration
