After the agreement between Party A and Party B, the following agreement was reached on the protection of trademarks in China;

3. After accepting the entrustment, Party B shall provide professional guidance to Party A so that Party A can prepare relevant files on the basis of professional guidance. The specific content of professional guidance should vary depending on the agency matters.

4. From the effective date of this Agreement, Party A shall first transfer all the fees collected by Party B to the designated account of Party B or to the designated personnel of Party B. All the amounts will be directly paid to the designated personnel of Party B, and they will be deemed to be all received by Party B. Party A requires Party B to issue the bill, and the amount has been directly remitted to the designated account of Party B. Party B will issue the bill after the payment.

5. After receiving the agency fees and the complete application materials paid by Party A, Party B shall promptly handle the relevant agency matters with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce or the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board or other competent authorities in accordance with the different agency matters.

6. After accepting the entrustment, Party B shall ensure that the official files related to all agency matters are forwarded to Party A in a timely manner. Party A is obliged to notify Party B in time after the change of name or contact information has been made to keep the communication channels open.

7. Both Party A and Party B shall perform their respective duties in accordance with the principle of good faith.

8. If there are any outstanding issues, the two sides will resolve the matter through consultation.

9. This Agreement shall be in duplicate and shall become effective after signature or seal by both parties.
