In order to enable more and better works to be published, distributed, and exchanged, this self-funded publishing method has been specially formulated.

1. The laws of China and Hong Kong SAR must be strictly observed. The content of the publication does not involve any political issues. It must not violate China's diplomatic, ethnic, and religious policies and conform to the spirit of China's reunification and "one country, two systems."

2. According to the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the International Convention on Intellectual Property Rights, publishing companies and authors have extensive freedom of publishing and academic research. The copyright and copyright of the publications after the publication of the cooperation are ____________ and held by the author, and are protected by the International Intellectual Property Rights Convention. No unit or individual may plagiarize or reprint the words or pictures in the book in any way. 3. Authors need to provide

4. _________ After receiving the introduction of the work, a copy of the ID card and the reading fee of the book number, arrange the publication plan to provide the international standard book number. The author publishes at his own expense, and the author is responsible for all legal responsibilities for the work. _________ does not assume any legal and financial responsibility.

5. Printed

1 The author may entrust _________ to arrange to contact the printing manufacturer, and the author shall pay the printing fee. In view of the extremely high office administrative expenses in Hong Kong, fees such as communication fees are also required.

2 Printing can also be arranged by the author.

6. After the completion of the printing: According to the laws of Hong Kong, it is necessary to submit a sample book registration to the relevant government department of the Hong Kong government by _________, in preparation for the SAR Government to confirm as a formal publication and enjoy legal rights. Within 15 days of publication, please be sure to arrange for the individuals and units that have been printed independently to send 10 copies of the sample book to the company for filing, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk.

7. Issuance: The publication of the publication is the responsibility of the author.

8. Copyright: The copyright of the book belongs to the author according to law, and the copyright is owned by _________. If the book needs to be transferred or reprinted, it is decided by _________, and the author's opinion is generally not sought, but the copyright fee must be paid to the author.
