I just do some basic work that the waiter should do.

First of all, through observation and understanding, I feel that the management of a leader is very important. Although she is not the boss, she has been a waiter for eight years in Qing Tailang, but she is the foreman. But many of the things she has experienced may only be known to her. She was once led by others, and now she is also a manager to lead her subordinates to do their jobs, although sometimes she will make a fuss about us. We are therefore psychologically uncomfortable and privately hate her. But slowly getting along, I found out that she is still a good person. Because of her awkward personality, it is inevitable that when she is busy, she will be anxious to criticize others when she does not pay attention to the tone. And why is she not the same as the boss's control? Although there is a tube of food and control, but a group of food is really bad, two meals a day, lunch for breakfast, often steamed bread, flatbread, pickles or cold dishes; Dinner is a vegetarian dish every day, sometimes at least once a month. Maybe I shouldn’t complain about this. I also feel that complaining is not a good habit, but if I am the boss, I will let my staff eat well, at least eat healthy, and let the staff work for me “willingly”. I am very grateful to them for teaching me so many things that I can't learn at school, and I am very happy to meet so many lovely people. I used to feel tired when I spent money. When I got the rewards I got through my own labor, I realized how difficult it was to get the money. From the overall situation, through this internship, I have the following experience:
