Under the leadership and strong support of the provincial government department, our county conscientiously implements the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, practices the important thinking of the "Three Represents", persists in building the party for the public, governs for the people, and fully implements the province. After the construction of the old people's home was completed, the civil affairs department and the township government and the civil affairs bureau signed a responsibility book for the renovation and expansion of the old people's home, which clarified the relevant responsibilities. According to the principle of who is in charge and who is responsible, the responsibility is implemented. The head of the civil affairs bureau has repeatedly visited the construction site of the nursing home, and found and solved problems and difficulties in the implementation of the project in a timely manner, and strengthened guidance and management. The chairman of the X Town People's Congress personally arrested, and the head of the civil affairs department stayed at the construction site day and night, working overtime, and became the first nursing home in the city to be reconstructed. x Township Retirement Home is a nursing home with a large amount of construction, a large amount of input, and the most difficult conditions in the renovation and expansion of the county's old people's homes. In addition to the renovation of existing health centers, it is necessary to build another 100 square meters. Canteens and kitchens are currently lacking water due to drought, but they are not obstructed by water shortage. They are towed from 2 km away every day. Under the premise of ensuring quality, the progress of the project is also ensured.

The third is to raise funds from multiple sources and the funds are in place. In addition to the funds arranged by the provinces and municipalities, the county and townships need a total of x million yuan. In the face of huge funding gaps, the county party committee and the government attach great importance to it. In the case of very tight financial resources, the county finance once arranged a matching fund of 10,000 yuan for the renovation and expansion project of the old people's home. X town self-raised funds x million yuan, passed by the town people's conference, included in the budget, although they started late, but the funds are guaranteed, and progress is very fast. x Township is remote, the foundation is poor, and the township is financially difficult, but they don't have to wait, they raise funds, take a little finance, raise a little in society, and donate a little to ensure that the self-raised funds are in place.

Having said that, I am very touched. The leaders of the county party committee are so high on the work of the nursing home and the elderly who are lonely and widowed, which exceeds my expectations. Because I have not paid much attention to the work of the nursing home in various places I have heard and seen, I am grateful to you because I was not very willing to accept the work of the nursing home in my county. Since the leaders of the county committee paid so much attention to the work of the nursing home, I have no worries. I will use my actual actions to do my best in the work of the nursing homes in my county. If I can't do the best, please remove me.

The problem of the current work of the old people's home and the arrangement of the elderly and the elderly is already a big problem in the society.
