Thank you for choosing me as the model worker in today's factory. In fact, I am not doing very well. I just finished what I usually should do. There are no advantages in other aspects.

Everyone elected me as a model worker. I was embarrassed, but since everyone chooses me so much, I don’t want to quit. Therefore, I only continue to work hard in my future work, and I will use my best ability to work and repay the trust of leaders and colleagues.

Today, as a model worker in the factory, on behalf of the company's party and government, I made a work report entitled "Chang Li Chaotou, Innovation Mechanism, People-oriented, Strict Implementation, and Strive for Building a First-Class Coal Washing and Processing Enterprise in China". Delegates are invited to consider.

The first part of the 200* year work summary

In the year of 200*, the company's party and government closely focused on the working ideas and overall deployment of the group company. According to the position of the assessment year established at the beginning of the year, the company adhered to the corporate philosophy of “compliance with the letter, science and technology, people-oriented, excellence”, according to the “company headquarters”. It is the main body of operation and management, and each coal preparation plant is the main body of safety production and cost control. Reform and innovation, forge ahead, all work have achieved relatively good results and achieved leap-forward development.

Summarizing the company's work for 200 years, mainly doing the following work:

I. Innovative management mechanism, strengthening production process management, and achieving leap-forward development in coal washing and selection.

Starting from solving the imbalance of mine production, the coal preparation plant has achieved stable and healthy development. In response to the imbalance of mine production, the company and various coal preparation plants strengthened dispatching and command, actively coordinated the relationship between mines, plants and transportation, and provided good services for stable mine production. Both ×× and ×× coal preparation plants exceeded the design capacity, and the raw coal washed into the whole year reached 4.64 million tons, 4.41 million tons and 5.29 million tons respectively. The company has imported 17.243 million tons of raw coal per year, which is the highest record since the establishment of the coal preparation plant.

Starting from the reform of the production organization model, the innovation management mechanism has improved the efficiency of work. In September, the company manager and deputy manager led the team and went to the Shenhua Group to learn advanced management experience in two batches of 17 people. They gradually explored the change of positions as the management mode of the inspection workers, and reduced the number of employees in the production class to strengthen the maintenance force. The centralized maintenance and professional maintenance methods have improved the speed and efficiency of maintenance, reduced the number of mechanical and electrical accidents, the operating rate reached 79%, an increase of 8 percentage points year-on-year, and the accident rate dropped to 4.99%. Through the reduction of people and efficiency, work efficiency has improved significantly. In the case that the XX coal preparation plant recruited 34 employees, the company reduced the number of workers by 10% compared with the previous year, and the labor efficiency reached 120 tons/worker, 22 times higher than the previous year. Tons/workers.

Starting from intensifying the inspection of production technology and technology, and relying on scientific basis to manage production, it reduces unnecessary labor. The XZZ coal preparation plant jig process fuzzy control system is put into use, and more than 30,000 tons of clean coal is recovered every year. This alone creates a value of more than 9 million yuan. The ×× coal preparation plant uses the finite element analysis module to control the vibration of the coal preparation plant, the upgrade of the px control system of the ×× coal preparation plant, and the exploration and practice of the moving sieve through the X× coal preparation plant. Selecting capabilities and improving production management provide a strong guarantee. In the year, 76 proposals for rationalization were made, 73 technological transformation projects were completed, and economic benefits were more than 5 million yuan. The company increased its investment in coal quality testing facilities of various factories, and invested 84,000 yuan in the whole year. It is equipped with hardware facilities such as online measuring instrument and automatic density control system for each factory. Organized the coal quality management competition and the mining technology competition. Highlight the production technology inspection work, and use the extracted data feedback and guide production, continuously improve the process management in the production process, improve the yield of clean coal, and reduce the consumption of water, electricity, flocculant and medium. Through the technical inspection, starting from the process, the problem of high concentration of coal slurry in the ×× plant was solved.

Second, pay attention to safety, care for life, and strengthen the foundation of safe work.

The foundations of safe work are further consolidated through institutionalized, wind-and-rain safety education and training. In order to implement the "safety five principles" as the entry point, all employees have been studied and trained in safety laws, regulations and management systems.

Through the popular and educational activities and competitions of the people, the enthusiasm for safety and security is further enhanced. In combination with the characteristics of safe work in different periods, a series of safety activities were organized in due course. The company organized the first safety knowledge contest of the company; on June 15th, a large-scale “Safety Consultation Day” was held, and 80 “Safe Production Law” and more than 500 safety publicity materials were distributed to the participants. More than 800 people participated. Security signature activities; organized youth modelers to conduct 8 safety talks at the company's factories, and more than 800 people attended the hearing.

Through standardized, continuous security inspections and incident tracing, the defense of safety work is further extended and strengthened. In the whole year, we organized a company-wide safety inspection twice, organized self-inspection and mutual inspection of the coal preparation plant for 12 times, and organized a special inspection of safety production with the safety supervision department of the group company, and accepted the inspection by the safety supervision department of the group company three times. Through self-examination and inspection, 625 safety hazards were detected and dealt with, of which 228 were handled on-site, and 397 cases were processed within the deadline of “three-set”. At the same time, the security incidents that have occurred have been dealt with seriously, and the hidden dangers have been eliminated in the germination state to the greatest extent, creating a good environment for the safety production of the whole company.

Third, the implementation of sunshine procurement, the implementation of storage management, the business environment is further optimized.

In the current global financial crisis, our coal washing and processing enterprises have been more affected because of the greater domestic influence. Many large coal mines no longer produce coal, stop production and rectification, and most coal companies are struggling, and there is always the possibility of bankruptcy.

In order not to make our factory, economic hardship, or even stop production, we must all focus on our work, actively invest in work, take the factory as our home, manage our factory, let Under the premise of the economic crisis, our work continues to develop.
