Time flies, I have worked in the company's project department for a year. Looking back on the past year, I can’t help but feel a lot of emotions. First, learning to keep improving, never satisfied.

During the work of this year, I always pay attention to speeding up the updating of my knowledge in order to meet the needs of the times for the survival and development of the company and the need to improve its own quality. In learning, I mainly adopt three methods to speed up the possession of new knowledge. One is the knowledge of Shuhai, the other is computer charging, and the third is the centralized training of the project department. The so-called book sea knowledge is to read more books. I especially like reading books, books on literary classics, professional knowledge, management skills, etc. are the main content of my reading. The book is my good teacher and friend. Although I am accompanied by a computer, the book is still inseparable from my life. I can read the book for no less than 30 minutes a day. Even if I am busy, I will squeeze the time before I go to sleep. Otherwise, I really can't sleep well. The so-called computer charging is to use the computer's most advanced electronic tools to get the latest knowledge and information. Some people say: "Labor tools make people extend, car wheels extend people's legs, and computers extend the human brain." This is indeed the truth. Using computers is a shortcut to successful knowledge acquisition. There is also an image metaphor: "The 21st century is equal to the computer plus the Internet." Over the past year, I have truly realized the benefits that the electronic age has brought us. Centralized training is to conduct business knowledge training for all employees on a regular basis through the backbone of the company. I listened carefully and took notes. Through these channels, my quality has been greatly improved.

In May last year, I was hired as a cleaner in the company's project department. Because of my serious work and professional business, the company leaders made me a "librarian" and "foreerman." Library management

Creating a safe, comfortable and beautiful treatment environment is a new concept of our project department. Library management is one of the important tasks of logistics support. Since I became a librarian, I have focused on the following tasks:

1. Do a good job in fire fighting and safety work in the warehouse. Report problems and report to the office in a timely manner.

2. Materials are regularly inventoried and verified. To achieve clear accounts, clear and accurate, no falsification, tools and materials will be closed in the day.

3. Write the warehouse material list and borrow the bill and put it into the account in time.

4. The distribution, use and maintenance management of materials, tools and equipment in the storage room.

5. Write the monthly report of the warehouse materials.

6. Regularly clean the warehouse and keep the warehouse environment clean. The materials in the warehouse should be scientifically managed and in good order.

Foreman work

1. Under the correct leadership of the leadership of my project department, all the work has been carried out very well. The company has developed a relatively complete cleaning operation method, standardized the procedures for cleaning work, and scientifically arranged the operation steps of employees. The operation process arranges the daily work of the employees in a well-organized manner, and each work has a timetable for the managers to check and check.

2. Improving the quality of employees is the key to improving the quality of cleaning work. After the operation procedures and quality standards are formulated, it is only a good start. To truly achieve the goal, it is still done by people. Everything is people-oriented. Therefore, it is of vital importance to improve the quality of our employees. Our cleaning team has come to the countryside, and the level of education is not high. How can they be qualified for work?

First of all, we start with ideological construction, educate employees to position themselves, face the fiercely competitive labor market, ask them to cherish the hard-won jobs, establish the idea of ​​serving the people wholeheartedly, and love their jobs. Have professionalism and require employees to firmly establish the "I want to do" rather than "I want to do" professional ethics in the process of performing their duties. In terms of business construction, we conduct operational training in batches before employees are employed, from their own safety protection to the operation and use of cleaning equipment, from comprehensive cleaning and maintenance requirements for various floors, to disinfection and isolation knowledge, etc. And one by one assessment, after the qualification, will be employed, from the ideological change of the past cleaning work is a low-level labor, the traditional concept that everyone can do. 3. Education security personnel establish a high degree of security awareness and establish the idea of ​​"safety first". The security personnel must conscientiously perform their duties, effectively assume the responsibility for normal work order and security, and abide by the relevant systems. Those who fail to conscientiously abide by the relevant system and have a weak sense of responsibility, leading to security problems such as theft of property, must be held accountable by the security personnel, including dismissal, deduction of bonuses, criticism of education, etc.

4. Strict attendance system. All staff members are required to observe the schedule of work and rest, go to work on time, and implement the check-in system. Monthly summary, monthly rewards and punishments will be redeemed in the month.

5. Increased daily supervision. Inspections are generally conducted by random inspection, usually once a week. Every time you do a spot check, you need to deal with the violations found.

Looking back on the experience of the past year, I feel full and gratified. I studied and worked with the leaders and comrades here, which not only enhanced understanding, communicated feelings, established friendship, but also gained many useful revelations, and the work ability has also been improved.
