Smoking is harmful to the body, but many people know that smoking is not good, but they are still smoking. This is very bad, but there seems to be no way to ban it. In order to let fewer people smoke, we only have to constantly increase taxes and raise the price of cigarettes to achieve our goals.

Every quarter, our Tobacco Bureau will have a new work report, which has become a practice. In the third quarter, with the correct leadership and help of the regional marketing department, all the work in this quarter has achieved satisfactory results. The following is my third quarter report, please review.

First, sales and service work

First, the completion of each indicator:

From October to December, the sales volume was 744.26, 891.36, and 1026.37, respectively, which were 102.5%, 96.89%, and 100.2% of the planned projects.

From October to December, the sales volume of key brands was 104, 109.04 and 116.26, respectively, which were 114.4%, 87.19% and 106.35% respectively.

The success rate of electronic settlement in October-December was 93%, 94.72%, and 96.69%, respectively.

Second, work measures: rational distribution, correct guidance, clear rewards and punishments, and continuous innovation.

1. In the distribution of goods, combined with the sales policy of the superior “same level and same quantity, according to customer needs to organize the supply”, some of the best-selling brands such as Double Happiness series are used in the distribution of goods, and the Temex series implements the same level, breaking the customer level. Source allocation, but some of the three types of brands such as "A World, Furong, Huangguoshu", etc. in the allocation of the main to check the usual customer demand, try to meet customer needs;

2. In the current cigarette sales process, the problem is that the demand satisfaction rate is low: some customers fail to report the cigarettes according to the average number; the company's supply of goods is uneven. The customer is unclear that the type and quantity of the brand on the day will lead to random reports. Make the demand satisfaction rate a big discount. On the basis of strengthening the guidance of customers to reasonably report cigarettes, we will make great efforts to promote the “Network Information Service Plan” and use the “Email” to send “Cigarette Daily Delivery Plan” to customers to improve the demand satisfaction rate. Strong support from customers, this work will focus on a key point in the next six months, and strive to increase the demand satisfaction rate of the jurisdiction to 60% through half a year of efforts.

3. In order to ensure the smooth execution of the monthly plan, the customer will be guided by the monthly plan during the sales process, and the “Customer's Purchase Record” column will be added to the monthly agreement supply form to guide the customer to do it every time. Purchase record; in view of the situation of the individual sales of the best-selling smoke customers, and actively guide the customers to report the best-selling smoke according to the monthly order number 1-3, 4-5 level 4 times the average number of reasonable smoke; The telephone informs the customer in advance of the amount of cigarettes to be delivered the next day, and asks the customer to report the cigarettes according to the volume of the delivery;

4. The completion of the key cultivation of the brand in this quarter is very satisfactory. It is mainly inseparable from the strict implementation of the monthly “Agreement on the Implementation of the Agreement”. In the implementation process of the measures, the principle of “recognition and punishment is clearly defined” is actively completed according to the requirements. Customers who focus on cultivating brand projects will be rewarded, etc., and the best-selling cigarettes deducted from poorer customers will be used to reward completed customers, be fair, open, and announce the list of rewards and punishments on the monthly agreement form. Fully mobilize the customer's brand to cultivate enthusiasm.

Marketing Service: In this quarter, in strict accordance with the requirements of the “Customer Manager's Workbook” and “Customer Refined Service Plan”, 160 high-end retail customers in the jurisdiction will be provided with high-quality, dedicated customer service, and through service work to improve customer satisfaction with the company. And support, 100% clear price tag coverage, 97% electronic settlement success rate, fully reflects the customer's recognition of our service work.

Second, team building

Our team has two excellent team members. In the normal work process, we actively assist the marketing manager in the principle of active communication, reasonable division of labor, coordination and common progress, and complete the tasks assigned by the department heads on time and in quality. . For the construction of the department, the company's development contributed a small amount of power. The team is not the best, only better, I believe that our team will get better and better.
