I. Basic guiding ideology for preparation and establishment

As early as the 1990s, the enthusiasm for the study of Liang's culture in the country flourished throughout the country. After the establishment of the National Liangshi Culture Research Association in Shandong Zaozhuang, the three-time National Liang's Cultural Research Conference was successively organized. The delegation successfully participated in the World Liang's ancestral relatives activities in Xi'an and Macao, and received many beams from overseas. The clan visits the mainland for sightseeing, tourism and business exchanges. All of these have played a powerful influence and leading role in the preparation and establishment of Hebei Liangshi Culture Research Association.

The work of Liang's cultural studies in various parts of Hebei Province also began in the 1990s. Shijiazhuang, Suncun, Liuying, Zhangying, Xiwangcun, Nanling, Wowo, Shanyin and other villages in Shijiazhuang City have successively carried out the reconstruction and reconstruction of genealogy and family. Facing the basic situation of the national and Hebei Liangshi culture, the Liang Family of Shijiazhuang City gathered during the Spring Festival of XX to discuss the importance, necessity and urgency of Liang's cultural research work. Although the Liang culture study in Hebei Province has a certain foundation, there are still many gaps compared with the situation and requirements of the Liang culture in the country. The research work of Liang's culture in Hebei should be guided by the situation and catch up with each other. In the case of unifying thoughts and reaching a consensus, the Secretariat was formally established on February 13, XX, as the preparatory office for the Liang Dynasty Cultural Research Association of Hebei Province. The theoretical and practical research work of Liang's culture is better carried out.

Second, the basic process of preparation for establishment

After the establishment of the secretariat of the Liangshi Culture Research Association of Hebei Province, during the two years and eight months, the following work was mainly done:

Through newspapers, telephone calls, and communication, we actively contacted the clan in various parts of the province to strengthen exchange activities. At the same time, we also actively went to Baoding, Xingtai, Jingjing and Luquan to investigate and visit various activities organized by the Liang family. Over the past two years, we have contacted more than 200 representatives from various localities and obtained them. Regular and irregular contacts have been prepared for the establishment of the provincial capital.

Actively carry out the collection of genealogy, genealogy and research materials. On the basis of the collection, professional personnel were arranged to classify, count, modify and write, and preliminaryly compiled a batch of research materials. One of these materials was communicated to the localities through the "Liang's Newsletter" and the other was released through the Internet. At the same time, it also provided some valuable and targeted information and representative materials for Nanning's "China Liangshitongshu", and carried out a lot of detailed work to expand the influence of Hebei and strengthen the relationship with the Liang family in China. .

Actively participated in various activities organized by the National Liang Culture Research Association and the World Liang Family Clan Association. In the past few years, the Liang's family in Hebei Province has participated in the inaugural meeting of Zaozhuang in Shandong, the second and third cultural research activities in Hefei, Anhui and Xinchang, Zhejiang, and participated in the Xi'an pro-Xi'an pro-union held in Xi'an, and participated in Dongping, Shandong. Dongyuan Liang's ancestor activities and the second session of the Zhejiang Liangshi Culture Research Association. In the past activities, Hebei Zongjia was elected as the vice president, deputy secretary-general and director of the Lianghui Culture Research Association of China, and the deputy editor-in-chief of the "China Liangshi Culture General Book" in order to strengthen Hebei. Initially, the organization of the organization and the addition of the governing work team were carried out. In the spring of this year, according to the requirements of the work of the Secretariat, the standing directors and directors were clearly defined in time, and 10 executive directors and 20 directors were elected. These newly elected executive directors and directors, love family business, have high organizational and leadership skills, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and are willing to contribute to the organization of the Hebei Liang Culture Research Association. Guaranteed. At the same time, at the beginning of this year, Hebei Zhengding Liangmenglong Research Association was established. The establishment of this research conference created a precedent for the establishment of Liang's Cultural Research Association in Hebei. They also edited and published the newspaper “Jianlin”. All of these provide organizational guarantees for the Provincial Cultural Research Association.

In March of this year, the National Liang Culture Research Association participated in the Shiliang Hezuo ancestor activity in Foshan, Guangdong, and proposed that Hebei host the Fourth National Liang Culture Research Association. After careful study, Hebei decided to host the meeting. At the same time, it is believed that after two years of preparation, the conditions for the establishment of the Liangshi Culture Research Association of Hebei Province have been basically mature. Therefore, it was decided to hold the inaugural meeting of the Liang Dynasty Cultural Research Association of Hebei Province during the National Conference. Third, the basic tasks after the establishment of the seminar

After the establishment of this year, it is necessary to organize academic exchanges, rationalization discussions, economic and trade exchanges, study and study activities of the second and third Hebei Liang's Cultural Research Associations in various cities, with a view to bringing the research work deeper.
