Entrusted by the 4th Council of Jintian Academy, I will submit a report on the preliminary work of the 4th Council to all the members of the Association. Please review it and invite the leaders and members of the meeting to give their opinions.

Considering the limited time, I can only report it to you. I would like to ask the members to review it according to the full report. This work report consists of two parts. The first part is to report the preliminary work of the school, and the second part is about the next work plan:

First of all, it is about the preliminary work. Since the establishment of the 4th Council in December 2009, it has been more than ten months since the beginning. Looking back, I clearly saw the road that I have traveled. The following is the report from the following aspects to the General Assembly on the main work of the fourth session of the Board of Directors.

1. Adhere to the principle of democratic centralism and implement an enterprise management model

Our company holds weekly board meetings and mid-level cadre meetings. The board meeting is held every Sunday afternoon. The meeting mainly summarizes the activities of the week and discusses the work and activities of the next week according to the proposals of various departments. All the proposals are The six members of the board of directors voted by hand, as long as there is a failure to pass this program will not be carried out. The middle-level cadre meeting was held on the second day of the board meeting. In conjunction with the bill of the meeting of the board of directors, the activities of the week were arranged at the middle-level cadre meeting. At the same time, the suggestions and opinions of the activities carried out by the social cadres were put forward. While ensuring the smooth development of the activities, we will increase the enthusiasm of the members to participate and improve the ability of thinking exchange and expression.

Second, enhance the connotation of the members

In order to further enhance the connotation of our community members, our company successfully held 6 skills trainings in the first half of this year, totaling 12 class hours, including two sessions of windows office automation system operation, six basic courses of marketing, and four classes of business etiquette training. In addition, our company has also spent huge sums of money to purchase a number of expert CDs, including basic marketing skills, how to be a good employee for business satisfaction, market research analysis and marketing planning, performance evaluation of sales organizations, etc., totaling 20 class hours Training time, after the end of today's meeting, the skills training center will start training.

Third, expand communication channels and enhance the influence of our society in the national community

The popularity of our company has increased day by day in the country. In the past 10 months, our company has communicated through the Internet, telephone contact and other means, and has 26 domestic well-known associations. A few days ago, there was an entrepreneurial society in Guangzhou. Actively contact with our agency and establish a friendship relationship between the two parties. In March of this year, our company stood out among many well-known national community appraisals and successfully became the executive director association of the National Association of Colleges and Universities. Fourth, organize and carry out various activities

In the past ten months or so, our company has organized 23 activities in the whole society, with various forms of activities, rich in content, and entertaining activities, such as chess competitions; competitive activities, such as networking games and departments. Friendship basketball game; educational activities, such as the Qingming Festival to the martyrs cemetery to sweep the tomb, 91,800 people signing activities; marketing-oriented activities, such as the mobile company hosted by our agency in the college winter vacation and summer vacation school marketing activities. At the same time, various departments, in conjunction with the work of their own departments, hold a variety of activities, such as the mock recruitment fair organized by the Employment Guidance Center, the city-wide enterprise visits organized by the work-study center and the external department, and the essay activities organized by the secretariat. The speech contest held by Wenlian, the Feixin contest held by the Network Maintenance Center, the blog contest, the waste recycling contest held by the Science and Technology Department, and so on. The activities carried out include seven major areas: career development, work-study, public welfare practice, culture and entertainment, marketing, learning and training, and technological innovation.

V. Assisting graduates in job hunting

The members of our society who graduated in June this year all enjoy the generous treatment of the "10 cards and one gang" provided by our company, that is, the special information folder of Jintian Academy members. The above six points are the work done by the board of directors in the past ten months. Next, we will introduce the next work plan of our company: the next activity is divided into activities arranged by the board of directors and activities organized by various departments. Before the social congress in 2009, it will be the end of December.

First of all: the activities arranged by the board of directors are in mid-November: learning history and ancient times, commenting on the special activities of Chinese characters; late November: masquerade ball; early December: tug-of-war competition.

Second: each department will arrange the following activities in light of its own department:
