In the festive Dongfeng, the Daqing City Writers Association held the third congress. A wide range of influences. Daqing currently has 12 members of the Chinese Writers Association and more than 250 members of the Provincial Writers Association. The Daqing Writers Association has been rated as the Advanced Writers Association by the Provincial Writers Association for eight consecutive years.

Standing at the new historical starting point, taking the scientific development concept as a guide, summing up experience, finding problems, finding gaps, and promoting work, writing the spring of Daqing literature is our main work in the future.

The literary circles with extensive influence are united around themselves and form the backbone of the development of the city's literary and artistic undertakings, bringing out a vigorous team.

From the perspective of age structure, the Daqing writers team has not only old writers who are not old-fashioned, but also old-fashioned writers who are brave enough to be daring and mature, as well as young writers who have a good work and a strong style. From the perspective of literary categories, novels, poems, essays, children's literature, reportage, theoretical criticism, film and television literature, and national language and literature are well-structured. Daqing Literature is forming a creative team with reasonable structure, diverse structure, complete categories and neat levels. In the future, the key work of the Daqing Writers Association is still a question of team building. The City Writers Association plans to carry out the training of key young authors in 2019. The famous writers and senior literary editors inside and outside the province will give lectures. The writers association will draw up the project plan and creation outline. The young authors will go deep into life, and the theory will be linked to practice.
