After three months of eager anticipation, the good things of life in April, the flourishing May's true feelings, finally, in the fiery June, on this colorful summer day, in the beaming Ala Ballroom, xx City Sports Dance Association A dream come true! I was commissioned by the preparatory group of the Association to report to the conference on the preparations for the xx City Sports Dance Association.

I. Background on the establishment of the association

With the development of the times and the improvement of the national fitness awareness, sports dance has achieved unprecedented rapid development in our city. In today's xx land, sports dances are fully blossomed. Popular sports and dances include ballroom dance series, national standard dance series, Wuhan casual dance series, square group dance series, and other domestic and international local dances such as Taiwan stepping dance. Belly dance, etc., through the sports dance form entertainment and fitness of urban and rural residents reached thousands. However, it has always been troubled that these groups and activities are very loose, which limits the development, improvement and growth of the sports and dance industry in our city to some extent. In this situation, we have the desire to establish the xx City Sports Dance Association. With the love and passion for sports and dance, which is full of sunshine and full of vitality, in March of this year, after extensive propaganda, intense data preparation and meticulous multi-party communication, led by Ala Song Dance Head coach xxx, etc. The preparatory team of the Sports Dance Association came into being in the spring. Here, we must especially thank the Civil Affairs Bureau and the Municipal Sports Bureau for their escort for the vigorous rise of the people's cultural and sports work, careful guidance, enthusiasm, encouragement, and timely approval. Only then can we have the xx sports dance business today. An unprecedented event!

2. Recommendations on the candidates of the first governing body and the board of directors of the association

According to the needs of the association's work, in line with the principle of representativeness and extensiveness, the list of candidates for the first council of the association was proposed by the member representative assembly discussion and preparatory group research, and will be submitted to the conference for voting today.

3. Preparations for this conference

In order to successfully hold this conference, we have held 5 association preparatory group meetings, 1 member representative conference, extensive solicitation of opinions, special personnel to make plans, careful design, thoughtful logistics preparation, careful communication, and selection of songs and dances. The club has produced the monogram chapter, and many members have also spontaneously designed and purchased the uniforms. All the members are united in their efforts to contribute to the preparations for the conference. They are willing to endure hardships and enjoy sweating. No one has ever thought about their own gains and losses. All of this often makes us touch each other, motivate each other, and thus devote more enthusiasm to work. Here, we would like to especially thank the Municipal People's Congress for its caring and fruitful support for our work! At the same time, I would also like to thank the Municipal Cultural Bureau for their enthusiasm and help for us!

4. Drafting of the association's charter

"The XX City Sports Dance Association Charter" is a guide for the work of the Association, which is related to the future work of the Association. The preparatory group attaches great importance to the drafting of the association's articles of association. In accordance with the requirements of the civil administration department for the model provisions of the "Articles of Association", based on giving full play to the functions of the association, and actively promoting the development of the city's sports and dance industry, the nature, purpose and scope of the association. , member rights and obligations, organizational structure and other aspects have made comprehensive and clear provisions. After many requests for comments and revisions, the current "Xinshi Sports Dance Association Charter" was formed. The civil affairs department has reviewed and checked the "Articles of Association" and today it is issued to all members and submitted to the General Assembly for voting.

V. About the development of members

The Association develops its members in full compliance with the law. Members have developed rapidly and have a good momentum. From May 18, the Civil Affairs Bureau officially approved the establishment of the xx City Sports Dance Association to yesterday, and in just one month, 131 individual members from the official registration of the town of xx have been developed. Xx and other places have filled out 65 annual individual fees but not yet registered, and a total of 196 members have been developed. Sincerely thank the majority of dancers for their trust and support! As the association is in its infancy, the conditions are limited. In particular, the club’s Ala Ballroom can only accommodate up to 280 people. Therefore, the maximum number of members to be developed is 280, that is, there are still about 80 members who can apply for and receive Approved, friends who love sports and dance are welcome to join us. At the same time, due to limited conditions, we may not be able to satisfy all the requirements of our friends who trust us. Please feel free to understand and understand the leaders, guests and the city's majority of dancers.

The association is currently in contact with and has approved six members including Allah, Tongzhou Jianzhan, Xinhua Company, Tongzhou Erjian, Nantong Sijian, Jinfeng Real Estate, etc. Thank you very much for the sincere understanding and strong support of the above units!

Sports and dance business has a long way to go, we still have a lot of work to do, and the career we love can truly exude its charm and brilliance! We believe that with the support of superior leaders, the selfless help of the Brothers Association, and the sincere cooperation of friendly units, we will definitely make the new xx City Sports Dance Association an association that is popular among the majority of xx citizens. After the Beijing 2019 Olympic Games, all our citizens have set off to participate in sports activities and exercise the physical enthusiasm. We must work hard and earnestly.
