Our school was awarded the "Calligraphy Experimental School" in 2019 and awarded the license. The school has established a calligraphy education leading group, which is composed of the school principal, the teaching director and the calligraphy teacher. Each session holds a calligraphy education seminar, which raises the problems and solutions in the process of calligraphy education. In the meeting, we will discuss how to improve the quality of calligraphy education and cultivate students' interest in learning calligraphy.

The school's calligraphy education management system is sound, and the equipment, equipment and funds required in the process of calligraphy education are strongly supported by President Yu Xiaoming and the administrative staff. Priority is given to ensuring the smooth progress of calligraphy education.

Second, pay close attention to classroom teaching and implement teaching quality

1. Open a calligraphy class in the first year of high school. The full-time teachers Lei Hongming and Chen Xuewan will teach according to the "hard pen calligraphy course" edited by the school, and systematically explain the calligraphy knowledge of the hard pen script, the book's radicals, structure, chapters and so on. .

2, teachers prepare lessons before class, there are teaching plans to check, students must have practice in the church, hand in the work on time, carefully correct the student's homework after class, promptly explain and correct the mistakes in student work.

3. Strive for the cooperation of teachers in various disciplines, especially the teachers of the language group. Students are required to pay attention to the neatness of writing in the usual homework, improve the writing level and the cleanliness of the curling surface. Do not doodle, prepare for the future college entrance examination.

4. The teaching content is mainly based on hard pen calligraphy practice, supplemented by brush calligraphy appreciation, and the teaching method is supplemented by teacher explanation, and the students practice mainly, that is, the so-called “soft and hard combination, practice and combination”. In the classroom, he also used projectors, projected calligraphy knowledge and calligraphy works of various generations to cultivate students' interest in learning and improve classroom efficiency.

Third, carry out extracurricular activities to improve learning interest

1. Each class has a calligraphy interest group. The whole school has a calligraphy class. Each class carries out calligraphy activities on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The calligraphy feature class is mainly composed of brush calligraphy and supplemented by hard pen calligraphy.

2. Each month, the students of the Calligraphy Interest Group change the contents of the school bulletin board to showcase the students' calligraphy style.

3. A copy of the calligraphy column was published every semester in the "Qin Peng" newspaper.

4. On December 9th, 2019, the 23rd Middle School Art Festival live writing competition was held. The works were divided into brush pens and hard pens. More than 50 students won the first, second and third prizes respectively.

5. Invited Mr. Zhan Xiaoshan, a member of the County Old-age Poetry and Calligraphy Association and a member of the Chongqing Calligraphy Association, as an off-campus calligraphy instructor, and asked him to attend a class for the calligraphy class once a month. Mr. Zhan wrote or commented on the work or lectured on the spot. The book experience has left a deep impression on the students and inspired the students' creative passion.

On October 1st, 2019, it was the 100th anniversary of Liangping Middle School. To celebrate this festive festival, the guests and alumni brought a surprise. The calligraphy group carried out a lot of activities:

1. In March 2019, the preparatory stage was entered: the calligraphy works of the prescribed content were practiced for the students of the calligraphy special class, and the words were beautiful, the book was complete, and the rules were correct.

2. Invite the County Book Association or celebrities to write the written calligraphy works of the designated content to the school, and all the bodies are available.

3. One hundred strokes of calligraphy and calligraphy, the County Book Association or celebrities, meaning a hundred years of celebration.

4. Students in the school send uniform papers and write a thousand hard-character calligraphy works. They are roped along the entrance avenue instead of bunting or balloons.

Let calligraphy teaching become the highlight of the beam and become the business card of the propaganda beam.

V. Some problems in the teaching of calligraphy

1. The level of professional teachers is not high enough. It is necessary to continuously strengthen the training and strive to join the Chongqing Calligraphy Association.

2. Due to the large amount of subjects, students have less time to practice. They should constantly improve their interest in learning methods, and use their spare time to appreciate and practice calligraphy to improve their aesthetic and calligraphy.

3. Pay attention to process teaching, but the data collection is not standardized and complete. In order to learn from the experience and lessons, it is necessary to sort out all kinds of files, which are well documented and evidence-based.

4. Students should be organized to participate in various competitions at all levels, to promote learning by competition, and to learn results.

Calligraphy teaching in the high school stage, like a double-edged sword, we must use the blade on the face of the college entrance examination, with calligraphy education to help improve the quality of the subject, and obtain a comprehensive harvest of education quality.
