Company's personal summary and work report


Once upon a time, I was still looking forward to when I would not spend money at home and be independent. It was a very embarrassing thing at the time, but it seemed that I felt that time was too fast after I joined the work. When you haven't recollected it, time has passed for several years.

Now I am already a graduate. I have been graduating for half a year, and I have been working for half a year. Although I am still a newcomer at work, I am still able to make a report on my half-year salary, hoping to recognize my shortcomings in a timely manner and correct it in the coming year.

First, work analysis:

1. The company lacks professional operational experience.

Our company is in its infancy, and many operations are not yet mature, and we cannot further expand our business. As a result, the company's turnover has stagnated and we cannot see the corresponding output benefits. The solution is to further strengthen learning, absorb the experience of other companies, do what you can, concentrate on the company's expertise, and add new customers based on the consolidation of existing customers.

2. No work experience, lack of comprehensive knowledge and skills.

Although I am a fresh graduate of international freight forwarding, I have no relevant work experience since I graduated, I don't have a social network that I need, and I don't have comprehensive logistics experience. Everything starts from scratch. All work is done by the side. Working side by side, so the business progress is not very satisfactory. Business errors that should not occur often occur, resulting in the operation process not being put in place immediately, resulting in a lot of time and effort waste. This can only grow in error and continue to strengthen learning, and constantly develop their knowledge and skills in all aspects, as soon as possible familiar with the company's daily operations.

3. Lack of life experience and communication skills with people.

Due to the initial entry into the society, there is not enough social experience and life experience, and often cause unnecessary mistakes for daily business contacts. The situation of gaining and losing customers in speech has occurred, so we must practice certain customer communication skills.

Second, my work summary:

1. To undertake the internal financial accounting and cashier work of the company, handle the daily expenses and expenses of the company, and record the company's operating income. The expenditures and income are classified, counted and entered into the computer archive every month.

2. Under the arrangement of the company, I first learned the basic operation of the office and was familiar with the daily operation process of the company. The specific work I carried out included the establishment of a complete customer contact file, the company often contacted the customer to sort it out, and recorded the new customer's data in a paper file of transcripts and essays. Through computer input, organize the company's internal files to make electronic documents.

3. Due to the business processes involved in customs declaration, modern logistics, bonded logistics, freight forwarding, transportation and warehousing, business operation modes and specifications. Although my major is related to this, I have never practiced it. Therefore, with the help of my colleagues, I gradually learn various operations and reorganize my own operation ideas based on the actual situation of the company.

Third, personal summary:

Since this time, I have made great progress in both ideological understanding and work ability, but gaps and shortcomings still exist. For example, the overall thinking of the work needs to be further clear, and the handling of things must be done in the simplest way. My work is not enough, my mind is not moving much, I don’t turn fast, I don’t want to be in the front, I’m doing it first.

It is the characteristics of our company to ensure the accurate operation of the business and complete the responsibility of serving the customer. From the nature of logistics work, it has the characteristics of strong professional comprehensiveness, complex links, tight procedures and sudden bursts. This requires us to have a solid professional foundation, comprehensive knowledge accumulation and a serious and responsible work attitude. As a member of the company, in the logistics industry, my comprehensive knowledge accumulation is far from enough. Because he has just graduated from work, he has no mature experience in social work, and the characteristics of sudden and strong logistics work can often only be followed by plans arranged by the leadership. I often encounter a lot of sudden business in my work that needs temporary processing, and it is usually urgent, which makes me sometimes caught off guard. This is caused by lack of experience, and it can only accumulate and sum up experience in the future work.

Fourth, the company's shortcomings and future work plans and recommendations

1. Organize the company's financial account. Since I joined the company, I have undertaken the internal financial work of the company and found that the system for handling the company's financial expenses is not perfect. Since the company is a private company, many of the expenditures have not been separated from public and private, resulting in a more accurate accounting and control of the company's operating costs. For example, private travel expenses, self-owned personal items, self-use funds, etc. should not be recorded in the company's expense account. It is recommended to register the public and private expense accounts separately.

2. The four major resources that each enterprise is indispensable in its establishment and development are: capital resources, material resources, human resources, and information resources. With the reform of the social and economic system and the development of business operations in all walks of life, the three resources of capital resources, material resources and information resources are not the focus of competition for modern enterprise development, and the main factor affecting the survival of enterprises is the management of human resources. Modern enterprise management reform = human resources competition, talent competition. All in all, being able to grasp the talent control can better develop the company. Therefore, we must do a good job in the preparation of departmental positions, job responsibilities and staffing. Set up a post for the cause, set up a person because of the post.

3. The performance of the company's performance appraisal has not been started. There is no basis for the employees to do a good job. There is no specific standard to measure and do more work. The work of the employees is enthusiasm and it is difficult to improve their work enthusiasm. At the same time, it also brings difficulties to the company's human resources work planning needs, such as personnel transfer, salary adjustment, promotion, and demotion. Therefore, we must establish a reasonable salary system and a good performance appraisal system.

4. Open the company employee suggestion box and bulletin board. I think that the company's suggestion box is the link between the employee and the boss. The opinion can reflect the employee's voice. It should be an important material and basis for the internal management reform of the company, and it is also the intangible valuable wealth of the company. The bulletin board is designed to let all employees know about the latest news inside and outside the company, and can also post some training and educational materials for everyone to learn, and it is also the best way for information exchange within the company.

5. The company's daily work flow is not clear. Workflow is an important part of handling events and management programs. It is also an indispensable tool for normal work. How to handle and complete one thing and one job? Who is the person in charge? These should be standardized and handled and resolved according to the regulations. Only in this way will all the work be carried out smoothly. Establish and improve the company's various rules and regulations and work processes.

The past year has been of special significance to me because it was the first year I graduated from school into society. Entering the company is my first job and a starting point for my career. Through four months of continuous learning, as well as the help of colleagues and leaders, I gradually learned about the logistics industry, and my personal work skills have also improved significantly. Although I still have such shortcomings in my work, I am grateful to all of you for your support and help.

In the future work, I still have to continue to work hard. In the half year of the company, I still can't fully understand the whole business of the company. This is mainly because I am not a professional graduate. I have nine insufficiencies in the innate, so I am not allowed. Do not continue to work hard.

If you want to have a sky of your own in the company and have a platform for your own play, I must work hard. This is not only the relationship of hard work, it is also very important to deal with the relationship between the company's leaders and colleagues. I believe that I can do well. When I was in school, I showed the talent of the people around the world.
