This is the end of the year. It’s hard to go back to the year and it’s gone. I think this is the best testimony of my work and a complete one-year experience. In the past year, although I didn't have any special swordsmanship, in general, as a principal, I was able to lead by example and work hard to educate students. I have done at least qualified.

In the course of one year's work, there are too many trivial things. If you think about it carefully, there is really nothing that can be done, and you can't remember too much. I think I should think carefully about my year's work.

Looking back at the work in the past year, with the joint efforts of all the teachers, we have actually done some routine and detailed matters, firmly grasping the keywords of safety, moral education and quality, with a positive Mentality, diligence and attitude to do their own meager strength. However, due to some subjective and objective reasons, the individual's innovative spirit is obviously insufficient. It is difficult to lead the school to establish some highlights that are in line with the current actual situation of the school. There is still a certain gap in the new situation of the school and the requirements of the higher level. How to improve the quality of education and teaching needs further research. The exploration of this is the problem that I should pay attention to and improve in my work in the future, so as to better fulfill my duties and continue my pursuit of personal and achievement education in the achievement school.

First, unity and cooperation

A good school can not be separated from a good principal, can not be separated from a good team, and can not be separated from the solidarity and cooperation of all faculty and staff. On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the teacher's situation, I will give full play to the strengths of each teacher and form the synergy of school development. Keep in mind the words of leadership encouragement: "If you don't unite, don't say things that don't unite." Remind yourself that you should do a good job of unity within the school, and everything should be discussed and discussed by the team members. In the work arrangement, the division of labor is based on the individual characteristics of the teacher. The boarders work in a complicated and detailed manner, and they arrange the management of the diligent and careful teachers. The young pioneers need innovation and vitality, and they are responsible for the young people who are innovative. They usually pay attention to communication and understand the dynamics of the teachers. When walking, eating, etc., inadvertently eliminate some of the factors of disharmony in the bud. In education and teaching, we should give full play to the spirit of solidarity and cooperation, and jointly discuss the answers together for a problem in school-based teaching and research; explore educational methods for a problem student, and do a multi-pronged approach to jointly solve problem students. Transforming; embodying the spirit of mutual help and mutual assistance in the specific tasks of the school. At night, the duty and the purchase of green vegetables often produce time conflicts. The teachers of the whole school always say nothing, you help me, I help you, never affect the work. implement. Whether it is a team member or a teacher, the whole school is a happy family.

Second, dare to bear

Leading by example is the foundation of the principal's management school. Only when the principal can follow the rules of the school in order to be the executors of these “regulations” can other teachers seriously obey. Especially in a large-volume group, the principal needs to do more things and set an example for other teachers. When I arranged my homework, I volunteered to undertake the Chinese language teaching work of the graduating class. The teaching also took on the teaching work of the five-year language, so that other teachers had nothing to say in front of the heavy teaching tasks, and they all showed courage to dare to bear. And the mentality, especially because I need to adjust the middle of the work, the teachers of the whole school have taken up nearly full workload without any complaints. The school has more work content and fewer teachers. This is an objective reality placed in our school. Therefore, it has become the normal state of every teacher. I am not only a principal, but also a school. I am also a teacher. I am a classroom teacher of the graduating class and other grades. I am also a part-time security worker who is responsible for school safety work. "Purchaser", taking turns with other teachers to purchase green vegetables for boarders every day...

In the past year, I have always insisted on “going back to the morning”, striving to get ahead of the teacher and returning later than the teacher. I have a more comprehensive understanding and grasp of the school as a whole, and play a role in demonstrating the teacher. Therefore, the school's attendance work has been thoroughly implemented, and the teachers have truly made the school a home.

Third, thrift running school

Integrity is the bottom line of the principal as a manager. If you don't do this, don't say that you are the principal of a good school. Even the qualifications for being a normal person in society are lost. Our school's funds are extremely limited. Except for the expenses of cooking, firewood, water and electricity, and telephone charges, there is almost nothing left, and we can only keep the school working properly. I have always adhered to the idea of ​​saving school, insisting that the teachers of the whole school participate in the management of funds, reduce the office expenses as much as possible, and use all the limited funds to purchase teaching supplies, thus ensuring the normal operation of school education and teaching. In the process of participating in the whole process of management, all the teachers have clearly defined the difficulties of the school, and they are able to correct their mentality. They are indifferent to fame and fortune, no regrets, and calmly face work.

Fourth, service teachers and students

I always position the principal to serve the teachers and students of the whole school. This is also the job of a principal. In the face of teachers' difficulties in family or life, we can always think and understand in person, give the greatest possible support, and enable teachers to solve these things better, so as to keep a happy mood and put them into school work. In the face of work difficulties, I spare no effort to help. The old teachers have many confusions in front of the curriculum reform. I always give encouragement in time, and provide some practical methods according to the actual situation of the classes and disciplines. When teachers are writing education and teaching work feelings or papers, we are happy together. Explore, communicate, and improve together. Due to the geographical location of our school and the importance of the society and parents, the strong sense of inferiority and weak foundation are common phenomena among all students in our school. In the management and teaching of students, I always ask myself to do the following: affirm the students, give the students self-confidence; fill in the gaps for the students, and lay a solid foundation for learning. I usually strictly ask myself to start from the most basic daily behavioral norms, set an example for students, pass on my confidence to every student, tell them that they are excellent students with a smile, and use patience to determine the foundation of students step by step.

Everyone is writing his own history on the manuscript paper of time. Every time I mention the school and my work, I always need to find time to think about it. What did I do during the year, is it a positive or negative sign?

The work of the school is complicated and there are many things that need to be done. Especially for our small school, which is small and complete, the workload is self-evident, but it cannot be any work of slack work. Reasons and excuses require our teachers in the school to spend more energy to complete, and have a reasonable explanation for the society, the parents, the leaders, the students, and ourselves.

Now the country is undergoing vigorous education reform. As the president of our school, I must first say that we must reciprocate the education reform of the country, and the education reform of our school next year will start. I want to say that there are really a shortage of education and problems in our school. We need reform. This is something I have always thought of, so our education reform next year must be serious and thorough!

The future of the motherland depends on these children in our school, and education is not good for them. We are the sinners of the ages, and this will never be exaggerated. Now that the international situation and international competition are so fierce, there are internal ethnic contradictions within our country, so we can’t continue any more. We must change.
