1. Uniform orders for everyone

In fact, when talking about the orders of everyone, I can't help but think of the training that the headmaster of the text came to our company. Of course, I am also a kind of "negative textbook" that is kindly ridiculed in the training of the principal of the literary school. In his words, it is the most familiar with me. Of course I never cared about it. From his training, in fact, the harvest is still quite a lot. The first is the attitude problem. Everyone knows that everyone's life is very cumbersome. The list is small, the price is low, and the style requirements are quite a lot. In addition, the principal of the text will always put forward some "design ideas" that are not easy to realize. In fact, those ideas are more about thinking from a customer's and external perspectives. They should be accepted and learned in a humble way. Of course, if they are to be realized, they need to be considered in light of our specific circumstances.

The training of Mr. Wen also made me understand how important the sense of innovation is. I do have many shortcomings in this area. I often don't want to try too many new things at work. I prefer to choose mature things to perfect my design, use the later details to quickly achieve the finished product effect, and improve the tracking details and supervision quality. Own design. The specific way of innovation, my understanding, is jumping or gradual, and I should be more of the latter. That is to build on the maturity of the foundation, the sublimation of the accumulated experience, the effect of the transition. Because for both the individual and the company, what is innovative also means that it is not verified, which represents a certain risk. Therefore, it is always a trade-off. I will try my best to improve my deficiencies.

2. Design, adjust and finalize the design draft for the fall of 2009

This is the most important work content in May, and it has been basically completed by the end of May. Compared with last year, the same task was completed in advance for a long time, and it laid a good foundation for the work in the future.

However, this year's design continued the style of work in the beginning stage, lacking the main line of design, no theme, no color system, and the design draft has been almost the same.

But the most worth mentioning is that in the later stages of development, we all have a common sense--thinking about the theme and the main line of design, and constantly communicating with others to learn how to connect our company's positioning and design. together. Personally, this is a qualitative leap in the development work experience of our development department in the previous year, and it is more clear in the future design ideas. I believe that our development strength will be more and more mature.

At every employee meeting, when our department was used as a negative textbook and a department that did not make outstanding contributions, every time I finished the meeting, I deeply realized the importance of the development department, and also because of the sales situation. I don’t feel good and blame myself. I even feel that I am not qualified for such a heavy sustenance. But at the same time, I also realized that the survival of the company is in the hands of each of us. I often feel that I and some of my colleagues have a home-like relationship with the company and the whole team. I hope that it will grow and hope that it will grow stronger, and I would like to be able to experience it with the company. I will try my best to contribute more to the company, improve my own deficiencies, and develop my strengths - do what I can and do it well.

The problem still exists. First of all, due to personal physical reasons, the leader will subconsciously let me share less work. I am very grateful. In addition, I often go to the hospital or have a physical discomfort, and the task is somewhat delayed, but I will do my best.

3. Participate in the fabric exhibition

The two-day fabric exhibition, listening to a lot of color trends, more about how to find inspiration, and extract the product's persuasive main line, the theme. Slowly I will apply what I have learned to my future work.

In addition, we have found a number of fabrics newly developed by fabric manufacturers, and we have added some new choices to the fabric style of our products.

II. Work priorities in June

1. After the first version of the sample comes out. Timely adjust the details of the second edition and determine the style to be produced.

2. Determine the fabric of the specific style.

3, the sample of the people's orders and the determination of the shape of the pants, the details and the schedule of the arrangement of large goods.

4. Track the dyeing time of the fabric supplier's fabric and small cylinder. In order to arrange the time for planning the production of large goods.

5. Adjust the style in time and supervise the proofing process of different factories. Communicate with them the delivery time and style details, try to be one step in place.

In the upcoming May, I want to say that my work has done my best. I don't want to have more right and wrong. I have tried my best. In the June that I am welcoming, summer is here, I will work harder. Summer is my favorite season, I know that I must have been very happy in June!
