Looking back on my work history in the past three years, I am committed to doing things in a serious, pragmatic and down-to-earth manner, with a mindset of being students, working, and being responsible for the school.

First, teaching work

In the past three years, I have been working on the front line of teaching, teaching mathematics in two classes in nine or seven years, and mathematics teaching in two grades for a while. As a leader in teaching business, I am striving for excellence in business. Guided by his advanced teaching theory, he broke through the inherent thinking mode, insisted on using multimedia to teach in the seventh grade, and improved teaching efficiency. Second, the class teacher works

I have been working as a class teacher for three years. In the work of the class teacher, I strictly demand myself, because I am the forerunner of the students, and my own words and deeds affect them. In the past three years, I have been in a harmonious state with my students. I respect the trust of students and care for the students. As long as my students are bad, I treat them equally. For the unsociable students, I give more enthusiasm and help, and use their noble character to influence them, so that they can restore their self-confidence and get out of the misunderstanding of self-evaluation. Under my efforts, when students encounter difficulties in life or study, I am one of them who are looking for them.

Third, the main work of the academic affairs and the work of the director of the year

First of all, as the director of teaching and the director of the department, I can correctly position, firmly establish two kinds of consciousness, and strive to be the assistant of the principal.

1. Highlight service awareness. Education is service, and management is service. The work of the Director of the Department of Education and the Director of the Year is trivial and cumbersome. I adhere to two principles: first, to strengthen learning and promote positive morality; second, I am willing to accept the supervision of the people, and consciously do "three noes", that is, work time is not long, work tasks are not hard, and things are not too annoying. I always believe that a person, regardless of his or her position and ability, must do his part in the work and contribute. Especially after I served as the director of teaching, I kept telling myself that I should lead by example and win the trust and support of teachers. In the work, I ask myself to do it, treat the attitude of comrades with modesty, establish an equal cooperative relationship with teachers, do not intrigue, pay attention to unity, tolerate people, improve psychological endurance, take the lead in everything, and ask teachers to do it. I must do it myself, lead by example, and be fair, just, and conscientious in the assessment, listen to the teacher's voice, and capture their wishes, so that all decisions and measures are in line with the actual and everyone's requirements. 2. Emphasis on cooperation awareness. As a middle-level leader, it is necessary to achieve "the situation of the situation" and "the situation is clear" and play a bridge communication role. Therefore, I correctly understand myself, seek a true and pragmatic scientific attitude, take care of the overall situation, integrate the group, choose the good, and form a synergy in the management. Under the guidance of the principal, formulate the work plan of the teaching office and organize the implementation. To make the school teaching work more planning, pertinent and effective, and pay attention to summing up the experience in education and teaching, so that the school education and teaching work is working properly.

Second, work hard to do all aspects of the business. Such as: the formulation of educational work plans and teaching schedules, the issuance of textbooks, the preparation of schedules, routine examinations, organization of examinations, accounting test scores, cross-courses, lectures, etc.

In the past three years, as a member of the leadership team, I have been closely united around the principals, united with other members, and worked together to achieve joint management. Although the work of the class teacher is very hard, every time I hear the students kindly call us a teacher and see the sincere smile on their faces, what reason do we have to do the job of the class teacher?

Class management should be scientific, and education work should be efficient. This is the goal pursued by every enterprising class teacher. First of all, the head teacher should have a high degree of understanding of the significance of moral education. It is the driving force to stimulate his hard work.
