3. The key object learning method needs to be strengthened, and blind spots still exist. The existence of these problems objectively caused a large number of contradictions and disputes to rise.

4. The education of law and law is unbalanced, and the combination of learning and law is not tight. First, heavy duty instillation, light rights propaganda.
