However, in recent years, due to the continuous improvement of the education and teaching environment of the municipal direct schools, the rational allocation of high-quality resources has attracted many rural parents to choose their schools to send their children to the city. My hometown is located in the suburbs, and the loss of students is more serious. In 2009 alone, there were 199 primary school students in my hometown who chose to go to the city, which caused the original education pattern in our township to be broken. Almost all the students in the two schools in the east were lost, and all other schools had different degrees of loss. . The fact of iron tells us that the current pace of education development in our country has been relatively lagging behind. The existing education and teaching environment and facilities cannot meet the needs of the masses of people in the township for quality teaching resources. Optimizing educational resources, realizing the integration of educational resources, and implementing centralized schooling as soon as possible is a top priority.
The Third National Education Work Conference and the Provincial Conference on Revitalizing the Province of Science and Education also put forward clear requirements for adjusting the school layout and optimizing the allocation of educational resources: rural schools should optimize the structure and adjust the layout from the reality and the long-term. Implement centralized schooling and accelerate reform and development.
The significance of achieving centralized schooling:
Centralized schooling has great and far-reaching practical and historical significance.
First, it is conducive to optimizing the allocation of educational resources, saving education funds, improving school conditions, and improving the level of running schools. Most of the original schools were small in scale, but they were all well-organized. Therefore, the educational resources were seriously wasted. Moreover, due to the scattered layout and relatively scattered investment, the waste of funds and the improvement of conditions were difficult to achieve. The centralized operation of schools enabled the centralized use of financial resources and savings. Funding, speed up the process of improving school conditions, improve the level of running schools as soon as possible, and improve the quality of education as soon as possible.
Second, it is conducive to the implementation of quality education and comprehensively improve the quality of education. The implementation of quality education is the theme of the current era, and the implementation of quality education requires the corresponding teachers, instruments, equipment and means. In the case of the original low-level decentralized school, the curriculum is incomplete, the teachers are absent, the equipment is outdated, the teaching methods are backward, the conditional equipment is also difficult to guarantee the needs of teaching, the teaching objects are too few, the teachers' teaching enthusiasm is not high, and the quality education is fully implemented. It became an empty talk. Centralized schooling is conducive to overcoming these unfavorable factors, smoothly implementing quality education, and comprehensively improving the quality of education. Third, it is conducive to changing the way of life of students and promoting the construction of "two civilizations" in rural areas. Originally scattered school, due to various conditions, it is difficult to provide systematic, formal, and effective collective life education and civilized etiquette education for students. Centralized schooling can change students' bad living habits and backward lifestyles. At the same time, through the students to promote parents, help the entire family, the entire village, the entire rural lifestyle changes, and promote the healthy development of rural "two civilizations". Fourth, it is conducive to reforming the internal management system of the school and optimizing the structure of the teaching staff. After implementing the layout adjustment and moderately focusing on running schools, we can completely break the original situation, carry out new structural adjustments, and reform the internal management system. The school implements the principal responsibility system, the teachers implement the full-time appointment system, and the school implements a structured salary system and a post responsibility system. Indirect training or diversion of incompetent teachers, combing and adjusting teachers in various disciplines, optimizing the structure of the teaching staff, and improving the school management level and quality of education.
Centralized school education and the promotion of school building safety engineering are a hundred-year plan for the safety of teachers and students. In recent years, although some schools in our township have already carried out renovation and layout adjustment of dilapidated buildings, the degree of reconstruction is far from the standards set by the state. The reconstructed school buildings basically have no seismic design and cannot withstand destructive earthquake disasters. The situation is not optimistic. In recent years, various natural disasters have occurred frequently. The painful lessons of Beichuan Middle School in the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake warned us that the school building safety project is the popular project and the lifeline of the school. If the safety of teachers and students cannot be guaranteed, then what about education? What are the talents needed to nurture the future society for economic development? Time is life, time is opportunity, time is efficiency.
