The high school class I brought in the 1997 school year is a very special class. This class is a class that recruits more students after the school is transferred. The overall quality is generally poor, the school style is lazy, the results are low, and the discipline is scattered. When I received such a class, I was not discouraged. Instead, I did not understand the student's personality, explored the advantages of the classmates, fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the class cadres, and grasped the style of the school. After everyone's joint efforts, the students of this class were reborn. The quality change was rated as the outstanding class group of the school and the branch of the city red flag group. Despite the poor foundation, the students studied very hard. In the Guangdong Provincial Examination, they eventually became one of the class groups with a school pass rate of 100%. The excellent rate of the test was also provincial average. Three years later, this class of students had a great breakthrough in the 2000 national college entrance examinations. There were 41 college graduates and above, which became the highest class in the school and made due contributions to the school's take-off. . In the 1998 school year, I was also selected as the outstanding class teacher of Nanhai City and the outstanding class teacher of Guangdong Province.
In my own practice, I have summed up the experience: When a teacher is good, it is not enough to rely solely on "mouth" and "hand". What is more important is to think with "heart" and work with "heart". It is precisely this way that I can truly appreciate the nobleness of work and the joy of educating people. I also summed up the experience of moral education in a timely manner, and wrote articles such as "Don't Forget the Lonely Group--Talking about the Education Counseling of Secondary Students" and "Continuing with the Heart of the Heart" and introduced them in the experience exchange meeting of the class teacher.

These are some of the practices and achievements in teaching and education since I took up my post. However, there are still some areas where the work is not bold and the teaching work is not enough. It will be the direction that I will continue to improve in the future.
