My class committee has been democratically elected. For more than three years, each class committee has its own unique method of class management. Strengthen political theory learning and gradually improve political quality

In order to improve the ideological consciousness of the majority of the youth members of the 04th class, my classmates actively echoed the party's call and carefully organized political theory. Under the leadership of the Communist Youth League and the class committee, my classmates put forward the requirements of "incorporating ideological theory into life and giving action" to the study of political theory, and formulated a detailed study plan. Organize the whole class to seriously study the "Time Model" documentary, most of the students attended the party class of the school. The majority of the members listened carefully and carefully understood every sentence the teacher said in the party class. Every student has written their experience, and everyone has re-examined their outlook on life and values, which has greatly improved the ideological awareness and enthusiasm of the majority of our team members.

College students are the mainstay of the future national construction. They should also use their important ideas of "three represents" to arm their minds and prepare for the future construction of the motherland. My classmates indicated that they should use the "three represents" to guide their thoughts and actions, and strive to be the pursuers of advanced productive forces, the disseminators of advanced culture, and the defenders of the interests of the people. All the students in my class submitted the application for joining the party, and more than 20 students participated in the amateur party school organized by the party committee of the hospital and completed the course. Among them, 7 were promoted by the Communist Youth League, and 5 students were identified as party activists. Four of them became probationary members of the Communist Party of China.

In short, under the circumstance of the big environment, most of our classmates can achieve "cautious independence", that is, when no one else notices themselves, they can still restrain themselves with higher moral standards. Because of this, in the past year, our Class 04 Class 1 has formed a class style of “learning, simplicity, and integrity”.

2. Improve classmate relationship and enhance class cohesion

Cohesion is a collective soul. Improving the relationship between classmates and making everyone feel a sense of belonging is an important way to enhance collective cohesion. Through a variety of extracurricular activities, we will hold exchange meetings and other symposiums to organize academic exchanges. Improve the relationship between boys and girls, between dormitory and between students. In our 04 class 1 class, there is a popular practice: no matter which classmate has a birthday, the classmates in the dormitory will definitely send a card and say "Happy Birthday". We come from all corners of the country, and some of our classmates are even away from home. But whether they are close to home or close to the home, both southerners and northerners can find their home. The whole class can't forget the song that was sung at the New Year's party: "Because we are a family, a family that loves each other, we have a chance to get together, and a letter will cherish..." At that time everyone was I sing with my heart, because the feeling of this home really aroused everyone's resonance.

3, cherish the reputation of the class body, establish a good class collective image

A class group also has its own image. A good class image can increase the sense of belonging and collective glory of the students. In the past few years, our class 04 class has appeared in front of everyone with the image of "unity, friendliness, hard work, youthful vitality, and positive and enterprising". We strongly advocate "everyone is glory for the class" and criticize those things that are detrimental to the reputation of the class. More attention is paid to classmates who are glory for the class. So far, our class has received wide acclaim among classmates in the whole school because no one violates the school rules.

My classmates understand very well that the communicators of advanced culture must have comprehensive and excellent qualities. Actively participate in various cultural and sports activities and social practices.
Strive to be a student cadre and actively cultivate organizational management skills. In my class, three students have served as ministerial cadres, and 24 students have served as class cadres, and they have been trained, including the Sports Minister, the Minister of Life, and the Vice President of the Student Union. Cadres are all out of their own classes. These students are organizers of various large-scale activities of the college and the college. They are willing to contribute, work hard, and actively protect the interests of the students. They are highly praised by teachers and students.
