When we entered the first year of school, we were proud, because we are the new social workers of Xu Shida; we are confused because social work is not known to others. At this time, we are not only surprised by our bold exploration, but also feel their own responsibility.

We are brave in practice and explore a path suitable for the development of this profession - combining our own professional characteristics, contributing to the society, going deep into the campus and serving the public. Advanced and correct thinking is the guide for all actions. Doing a good ideological construction is the key to the smooth development of all work in the class. As a new era, college students should have advanced ideas. With this kind of understanding, we pay more attention to the improvement of ideological quality in peacetime.

1. Conducting group member education activities

Among the majority of the members, the in-depth development of the members' education evaluation activities is an effective way to carry out the education of the members' awareness, strengthen the combat effectiveness of the organization, and the team of the pure group. It is also the fundamental requirement for strengthening the organization and construction of the group. My class actively carried out the education activities of the members, learned the spirit of the members, and deepened the understanding by conducting investigations on the awareness of the members. The class won the title of “May 4th Red Flag Youth League Branch”, and a group of students won excellent group and team members. When I was a freshman, almost all of my classmates submitted an application for joining the party. Now, six students have become glorious party members. Under their leadership, the whole class has worked hard and actively moved closer to the party organization.

2. Actively strengthen the development of party members

In the development of party members, it has always been a focus of work for our group branch. On the one hand, from time to time to open a group meeting, introduce the basic knowledge of the Communist Party of China and the glorious history of our party to the students, and introduce the glorious deeds of some advanced members of the Communist Party, so that they can understand the greatness of the party and thus produce China. The reverence of the Communist Party and the desire to join on the other hand; on the other hand, actively cooperate with the school to do a good job of pushing the party into the party. We know that the Chinese Communist Party is the vanguard of the working class. Therefore, everyone who can join the Chinese Communist Party and eventually become a qualified party member must be advanced and able to take the lead in all aspects. So what about our students?
