Be a hard gardener, so that every flower blooms, and every seedling grows up. This is my belief that I am a counselor and a class teacher. When the counselor can feel the thick teacher and student sentiment, like the spring breeze, it is a unique and noble life experience, especially what makes me feel profound is that the teachers and students call it a poor student.
