So, I set myself the goal of "being a teacher in the classroom, a friend in the classroom." For three years, I have always encouraged myself. In the third grade, our class established the class qq exchange group and class blog, and the students used this as a communication position, which further narrowed the spiritual communication between me and the students.
Third, train squadron cadres and do a good job in team building.
The active and upward formation of the Young Pioneers collective is inseparable from the important role of small cadres. Therefore, it is important to cultivate competent small cadres. I used the form of self-recommendation and democratic elections to select team cadres. The team members selected the team members who have strong ability in all aspects and care about the collective and have a strong sense of responsibility. At the same time, in order to encourage every young team member in the squadron to actively participate in the construction of the squadron, I started the "I am a small class master" activity from the second grade, which is intended to make students realize that they are collective masters. Through the practice in the past two years, the sense of collective honor and responsibility of the squadron members has been greatly enhanced. Fourth, be brave in innovation and carry out colorful squadron activities.
After working for 7 years, I deeply realized that the activity is the life of the Young Pioneers, and it is the duty of the counselor to lead the children to carry out colorful and educational activities. In combination with the characteristics of the players, when organizing activities, I strive to achieve "five points", that is, the theme of the activity should be smaller; the content of the activity should be closer to the team members; the concept design should be a little more skillful; the activities should be a little more realistic; the content form should be newer. . Under the guidance of this method, I organized the team members to carry out activities such as "My favorite teacher" and "Knowledge my table" to narrow the distance between the heart and the heart; combined with the actual and surrounding resources of our school, In 2019, the "Three Squadron Community Volunteer Service Group" was established. The team members carried out environmental protection activities of "collecting waste batteries" in the community, which were well received by the community.
At the same time, the team members also invested a lot of enthusiasm and active participation in the activities and competitions organized by the school. We have won many honors in the regular competition, academic competitions, and art competitions. One award recognizes our collective cohesiveness.
As a young squadron squadron counselor, I feel a lot of responsibility.
