Administrative internship

Although we started to arrange administrative internships in September, I have been working in the counseling room since Monday. I have been assisting some things in the counseling room since then. The first thing that impressed me the most is two things. The second one is for the symposium for the new students. The purpose of this symposium is to let the freshmen know all the teachers and the principals and the four directors of the first grade. To be a substitute, it is absolutely impossible to avoid, so after discussing with the original teacher, when I went home that day, I began to think about how to finish these two classes. Finally, I decided to let them use pencils in these two lessons. Make drafts and draw their summer vacations to match the school's intramural painting competition. This is not only close to the students' life experience, but also participate in the school competition. It is really two birds!

Getting along with the internship tutor

This week, I started to have close contact with the internship tutor. She is very good. She doesn't think that I have to be obligated to take classes or do other chores for her. Almost all of them are handled by themselves. I don't want to ask for help. And she told me what I needed, even though she told her that she would not throw a lot of things for me, because she said that there must be a lot of things for me to do on the administrative side.

However, after two days of getting along, I began to think that I had to take the initiative to ask the teacher to help or assist her. I couldn’t wait for the teacher to ask me for help. So I took the initiative to tell the teacher that there are many chores in the school, like checking. In fact, I can help with the list, so I can be more familiar with the names of the students in the class. Therefore, after the teacher Qi Qi, I will not be embarrassed. When I am busy, I will ask for help. Gradually, I believe in me. It will be more and more harmonious with my internship tutor!

Class management

The students have just risen to the fifth grade and have a relatively floating mood. They often make small mistakes like the back mouth. Teacher Qi Qi will first tell the students what is wrong, why is it wrong, and then ask the students to stand up or jump, I think Teacher Qi Qi let the students know clearly what mistakes they made, and the way to punish them. The physical strength of the students can be forged. These two points are really worth learning.

Then I distributed the part of the sweeping work. The teacher told me that he originally wanted to use the lottery to distribute it. But in the end, I think about the previous experience. She thinks that if the student does not have a sense of identity with her own sweeping work, she will often be lazy. In this case, this time, Mr. Qi Qi spent a class of time distributing the sweeping work, using the method of voluntary and guessing in the cross, explaining the work content while assigning, and letting the whole class understand once, and surely everyone will take the initiative during the sweeping time. Do your own thing, I think this is because there is a perfect start!

Because of the new class, many class routines are still being established. This process is very difficult and complicated, but because of this environment, I am able to train, I believe that I can learn a lot in it.

Teaching practice

Due to the opening of the school, this week the counseling room has more things to assist, so I have not been in the class for a long time, and the new class must establish new routines. Therefore, I have not had a lot of teaching this week. Activities, but I have seen two important points, all of which belong to mathematics teaching. Second, when the teacher first started mathematics, the pace was very slow. I hope that when the whole class understands her teaching method, the pace will be gradually adjusted, and because the students are taught by different teachers in the fourth grade, they are calculating In the way, there will be some discrepancies. Teacher Qi Qi will want students to unify the way, so the student's computing ability will not stay in the construction mode, and the speed of their calculation will be improved. Not only that, but the teacher is It is also easier to grasp the learning situation of students in teaching. These two points are really worth remembering.

Wednesday study

This seminar is a "death study". The reason for this study is because the old paper-based leave method is changed to online leave, because a few teachers are not familiar with computer operations, and most people take time off online. The way is unfamiliar, so this study is very important and has a lot of interest in teachers.

Internship counseling session

This meeting is our official internship counseling session. It mainly introduces the internship tutors and interns, as well as the director and principal, and also lets the intern tutor know how to coach us or cooperate with the administration.

However, this time because of the time of the meeting, and the meeting of the sixth-grade graduation trip, so the four directors only came to a counseling director, so this meeting gave me a preliminary understanding of the counseling office, the director also clearly pointed out When we are in the counseling room, we can ask in the first quarter to see if there is any need for assistance. The teacher who works is better at arranging affairs. It is more flexible for us. If you have nothing, you can go back to work and have an internship. If you are done, you can leave on your own.

In addition, the most important point is that the director hopes that we can ask questions as much as possible if we have any questions. Because he does not know what we need, we will rarely tell us, so when we have questions, we will ask questions, directors and team leaders. We will be very enthusiastic to answer for us. I think that "active" during the internship is indeed one of the important topics for us to learn.
