I. Internship purpose

At the beginning of the internship, my instructor assigned me the daily work of the office and the initial accounting practice according to my professional characteristics. From the transition from the school to the social environment, the people who come into contact with it have completely changed their roles. The teacher has become a boss, and the classmates have become colleagues. The way to get along is completely different.

In this huge transformation, we may be embarrassed, confused, and unable to adapt to the new environment immediately. We may not be able to withstand the brutal competition between companies and cannot tolerate the indifferent eyes and words between colleagues.

Many times I feel that I have not been reused by the leaders. All that is done is something that is not important. We should start small things, step by step, and gradually accumulate experience. "It is not knowledge, but a kind of self-study ability." After attending work, you can deeply understand the meaning of this sentence. In addition to English and computer operations, the theoretical knowledge of textbooks is rarely used. I am in charge of the office work, usually at work just call to process the file, almost no use of the professional knowledge I have learned.

Even the basic knowledge of accounting that I have learned before can't be applied very well. In this era of information explosion, knowledge is updated too fast, and it is certainly impossible to rely on the original knowledge. We must be diligent in our work.

Since I still live on campus, I have to get up at 7 o'clock every day to get rid of the bus. Even if it is cold and bad weather, as long as it is not a weekend, I have to go to work. We must restrain ourselves and we can't do it if we don't want to go to work. In school, you can sleep late, you can skip class when you don't want to go to class, and you are free.

Repeating monotonous and tedious work every day, it is easy to get bored after a long time. Like I am sitting and typing on the computer every day, it seems boring. But the work is simple and can't be sloppy. It must have a persevering personality. When you encounter setbacks, you must never give up and make mistakes and be led.

All along, we all rely on the income of our parents, while others are spending a lot of money. Maybe after work, we can understand how hard it is for parents to earn money. And begin to consciously cultivate your financial management skills.

V. Internship experience

Embark on the society, we deal with people of all kinds. Due to the existence of interests and busy work, many times colleagues will not be as cold as you are. Some of the colleagues smiled on the face, but in the back of the ground, they were unscrupulous and tried to climb on the shoulders of others. Therefore, we have not been able to adapt to the school.

Affect a person's work attitude. Just waiting for work every day, go back to the family early. A gentle condolence when you are sick can help create a harmonious working environment.

Good mood, everyone is happy and efficient. More than once on TV, I saw the sinisterness of the workplace, the right and wrong between colleagues in the company, I think what I can do is "more work, less gossip". And in the few months left before graduation, I cherish more. Get along with classmates.

I am a student of management. I have learned a lot of classic management theories in books. It seems to be easy to understand, but it has never been put into practice. Even in the office, it is difficult to deal with some unpredictable things.

Maybe when we really manage a company, we will realize how difficult it is; we have seen many wonderful negotiation cases in the teacher or in the book. It seems easy, and you may be aware of your lack of ability when you are in person or in person. And lack of knowledge.
