First, the guiding ideology is guided by Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents". In light of the "Party Constitution" and the "advanced standards of Communist Party members in the company organs", combined with the position of the post, the individual rectification and improvement goals are clearly defined. In response to personal problems and deficiencies, we will take corresponding rectification measures, strive to strengthen party spirit, emancipate our minds, and innovate, and demonstrate the advanced nature of party members with individual practical actions.
Second, the principle of rectification is based on the principle of seeking truth from facts and being practical; the principle of establishing a line of action and solving key points; the principle of highlighting the mechanism and deepening the effect; the principle that the party members of the government take the lead and start from the beginning.
Third, its own problems
1. Theoretical study is not deep enough. Mainly manifested in the lack of self-consciousness, enthusiasm and initiative of learning; the existence of pragmatism, what to learn, what is the relationship between work, the study with close relationship with work, and the lack of study or study.
2. The work style is not solid enough. There are problems in the work that are fearful and irritating; work is not deep.

Fourth, rectification goals

V. Corrective measures First, strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge.
