2, in the requirements of leading cadres, sometimes not strict enough for themselves, can not be perfect, always strive to grasp the first-class standards. Sometimes I confuse myself with the general public, lower my requirements for myself, and be content with being able to pass.

3. The working methods and methods are not scientific enough. Treating work is not bold enough and proactive, just staying at the level of uploading. Usually, I often fall into the cumbersome and trivial matters, and I can't grasp the overall situation very well. I usually only know that I am working hard, I don’t pay attention to learning from the outside world, and I am neglecting to exchange and learn from my comrades. This affects the work efficiency to a certain extent. It is believed that some business knowledge can adapt to the current work, not pay attention to the comprehensiveness of business knowledge, and lack a professionalism. As a result, sometimes the work is felt to be carried out and the power is not enough.

4, go deep into the grassroots, enter the first line of teaching, go deep into the classroom, and do research is not enough. Because I always feel that I am busy with all kinds of affairs, I don't have much time. I usually don't have much time to go to the schools below. Even if I go, I will be in a hurry and go in a hurry. Just contact the relevant school leaders, arrange the relevant work, and then hurried away. 5. The work process has subjective assumptions and is not good at listening to the suggestions and opinions of the surrounding comrades. 6. Service level and service attitude need to be improved. In the work, we failed to firmly establish the concept of serving the people wholeheartedly. I did not deeply understand the essence of "all for the people, everything depends on the people, and from the people to the people." Usually, the contact with the teachers is not wide enough. They can't go deep into the grassroots to understand the hardships and voices of the teachers. They can't help teachers solve the practical difficulties encountered in work, study and life in time.
