1. Strengthen teacher training. 3. Cooperate with the High School Academic Affairs Office to organize and promote the preparation of school-based textbooks.
4. To supervise and inspect the research and final work of the "10th Five-Year" project that has not yet been completed, the "Eleventh Five-Year" project organization that has been declared has begun research and made a new declaration.
5. Pay attention to the direction of curriculum reform, study the breakthroughs and implementation methods of curriculum reform in our school, and explore the evaluation of education, especially on the basis of the original "Classroom Teaching Evaluation Form", to formulate new and more in line with the curriculum reform, in line with the situation of our school. 6. Cooperate with the Academic Affairs Offices of the junior and senior high schools to promote the curriculum reform, and coordinate with the Academic Affairs Office to organize good course reform courses, young teachers report classes, etc., especially to do praise courses.
7. Organize, edit, and print the third edition of the "Teaching Reform Forum" and the two issues of the "Classification Newsletter" for this semester.
8. Collect and organize teachers' scientific research results in a timely manner, do a good job in propaganda and promotion, and promote the transformation of results.
9. Strengthen contact and communication with all departments of the school, teaching and research groups, and preparation groups, and cooperate with each other. Give full play to the advantages of the group, realize the close integration of scientific research, teaching and research, and promote the formation and improvement of the management mode of the school's scientific research, teaching and research, and training.
