2019 National Middle School Teacher's Work Plan
After one semester of class management and education and teaching work, I have a basic understanding of the situation of all students in this class. For the specific situation of my class, I have specified the objectives and specific implementation methods of class management in this period.
I. Class management objectives
1. Establish a positive, united and harmonious class style, so that students have the righteous and self-motivated; actively participate in and strive to do a good job in the school and class activities; cultivate the quality of students in all aspects.
2. Form a good learning environment and learning incentives and competition mechanism, coordinate the teachers in the class, and strive for more than 30 students to enter the top 300 of the nine towns at the end of the semester.
3. Establish a strong role model--"I want to be a role model for others"; strengthen the development of education and regular education, and strive to create advanced classes in schools.
II. Specific implementation measures
1. Establish a team of effective class cadres, let the squad leader participate in the work of “substitute class teacher ”, and form timely feedback from all members of discipline, study, labor, publicity, sports, entertainment, life, etc. “Substitute director ” keeps abreast of class conditions and is flexible. Deal with the people and things in the class, meet people and things that can't be solved, learn to ask for help and ask the class teacher at any time. details as follows:
The head of the discipline will report to the squad leader in time for the discipline, attendance, self-study discipline, and fights in the class;
The study committee will report to the squad leader in time for the class attendance, the completion of the homework, and the effect of self-study learning.
The labor commission will arrange the cleaning of the classrooms and public places in the class and report the cleaning of the dormitory, the cleaning of the classroom and the public land to the squad leader in time;
The sports committee members will understand and report to the head of the dormitory on the morning exercise in the class, and do a good job in the organization and arrangement of physical exercise and sports meeting.
