In order to let the students develop good study habits and habits and behaviors, learn self-management, establish clear goals in life, and strive to develop themselves higher and faster, laying the foundation for the senior sprint, I draft the work plan of the class teacher as follows:
First, use the complete rules of thought and behavior to restrict students, and strive to promote students to form a normative consciousness as soon as possible, and gradually achieve a perfect student self-management.
Second, carry out multi-style class student activities, establish a good learning style that is aggressive and daring to fight hard, and urge all students to make early determination, early efforts and early success.
Third, in line with the moral education work carried out by the school's political and education departments and grades, there is a step-by-step and step-by-step process of shaping the students' good hearts.
The specific ideas are as follows:
First, the management of ideological and behavioral norms:
1. Select good class cadres and convene student representatives to discuss and formulate the class management system.
2. All students are required to conscientiously study the "Standards of Daily Behavior of Middle School Students" and "Code of Middle School Students" to conscientiously understand the connotation of the class management system.
3. Use the class meeting at the beginning of the semester to emphasize the establishment of “collective consciousness” and “team awareness”.
4. Strictly implement the daily duty system. Regularly train the main classes and teach the working methods.
Second, establish a good class style.
1. Use the class meeting to develop role model education.

First month: Develop a month for student behavior, the main activities are:
Focus on “eliminating the solar terms, overcoming inertia, taking self-discipline, and studying hard” to educate students and stabilize student emotions
