This semester I continue to work as a class manager for the second class. After the first two semesters, I have 34 students, 7 girls and 27 boys in this semester. After one and a half years of school life, students have basically adapted to the school management style. Most students have improved their behavioral habits, but at the same time found that most students did not develop good study habits. In fact, they want to learn well and want to do well, but they all obviously lack self-control, lack of patience, lack of passion, lack of self-confidence, and low self-esteem, but they are strong and self-conscious. Of course, there are also some "bad elements" that are stubborn in some respects. These have brought great difficulties to the work of the class teacher . Fortunately, in the course of one and a half years of work, students have established a good relationship of trust, and students are accepted and used to the management of the class teacher . What is gratifying is that there are also some model students who have excellent performances in the class, and they always lead the whole class to learn and act in all aspects. In order to enable the whole class to develop good study habits and habits and behaviors, learn self-management, establish a clear goal of life, and strive to develop themselves, and successfully finish the semester life, I started work according to the plan at the beginning of the school, now plans as follows:

First, through individual conversations, motivate eugenics and encourage poor students.

In addition to using class meetings for collective psychological counseling and behavior correction, and learning guidance, more student problems are personal issues, and more should be addressed through personal conversation. Second, close contact with parents and make home visits.

The education of students should be the common cause of school and family. I asked individual parents to come to the school to help with individual student problems. I walked into the student family to communicate with the parents and exchange information about the students’ homes at school and the education problems of the students.

Among the ordinary students, a recognized and capable student will be selected to join the class cadre team. And select 10 students from the class cadres as the squad leader of the duty day, and manage the size of the class throughout the day.

After two years of training and hard work, the students have initially formed certain learning habits and can actively abide by them. The students' enthusiasm and initiative are greatly improved. Therefore, my class has achieved good results in each mid-term and final exam. In addition, many students in this semester won awards at the first Cultural Skills Festival held in the school. I was touched by this series of behaviors of students.

But a lot of things are really not as good as people, for objective reasons. The students’ efforts have not achieved corresponding results, and they are looking at the frustrated expression of the students. As a class teacher , I can really feel the same. I can’t wait for me to bear all of this, and I don’t want the young students to receive the society too early. unfair. Afterwards, I conducted a timely education in my class to calm my students' mindset.

In general, my class has achieved good results in this series of activities. The first place in the second stage of the volleyball match, the two class appearances are the third prize, the third prize of the comprehensive knowledge contest. To be honest, although the overall situation is not what, I want to thank my students.

Although a lot of work has been done on class management, there are still many unsatisfactory places. For example, the four competitions in my class are always at a disadvantage.
