This semester I continue to work as a class manager for the second class. After the first two semesters, I have 34 students, 7 girls and 27 boys in this semester. After one and a half years of school life, students have basically adapted to the school management style. Most students have improved their behavioral habits, but at the same time found that most students did not develop good study habits. In fact, they want to learn well and want to do well, but they all obviously lack self-control, lack of patience, lack of passion, lack of self-confidence, and low self-esteem, but they are strong and self-conscious. Of course, there are also some "bad elements" that are stubborn in some respects. These have brought great difficulties to the work of the class teacher . Fortunately, in the course of one and a half years of work, students have established a good relationship of trust, and students are accepted and used to the management of the class teacher . What is gratifying is that there are also some model students who have excellent performances in the class, and they always lead the whole class to learn and act in all aspects. In general, my class has achieved good results in this series of activities.
