I continued to serve as the head teacher of high school this semester. This class is a regular class. Compared with other fast-track classes, my class students have a poor foundation in terms of discipline and academic performance. It is both a challenge and a good exercise opportunity for me.

To be a good teacher of this class , you must first understand the situation of the students. With the help of the two teachers, I quickly mastered important information about the family situation and grades of the students in this class. After taking office, I further understood the students by talking with the students and communicating with the parents. The fourth is the problem of loose class discipline. The existence of these problems will inevitably become a major obstacle to class progress. Therefore, I will focus my work on how to solve these problems.

In response to the above problems, I have taken some measures and achieved certain results.

In order to eliminate the psychological barriers for students to enter the regular class, I used the first class class to explain the reasons and standards of the class. This gives students the motivation to eliminate stress. I consider that the psychological pressure caused by the placement of students is partly due to the parents. Therefore, the parents will explain the situation of the placement to the parents. I hope that parents should not blame the students too much, so as not to aggravate their ideological burden. Of course, the most important thing is to give more care and care to the students and completely eliminate their psychological concerns. Therefore, I pay special attention to encouraging students' morale in daily education and teaching. Whenever they get some results, I will praise them in time; when they are not performing well, I will guide them to sum up lessons and encourage them to strive for progress. Even when criticizing them, pay attention to the words, so as not to hurt their self-esteem. This is what the old teacher taught me to "discover the bright spots of every student in time." The worst students are the most in need of encouragement. In addition, I learned that students most want to get information about going to school and employment, so they try to collect information in this area, use class lessons to introduce students and sometimes talk to them about my college life, so that they have a good time. The embarrassment can increase their interest in learning.

In response to the problem of insufficient collective cohesion, I used the class meeting to hold some activities to enable students to deepen their understanding of each other in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. For the problem of loose discipline, I have taken the following measures:
First, to clarify the reward and punishment system. For example, in terms of attendance, I insist on rewarding full-time students every month. For late students, they are required to do a good job for the class, for example, wiping the blackboard.
Second, establish a correct public opinion orientation and give full play to the role of students' self-education. I designed some topics based on the moral education goals and problems of the class. I used the class to let the students discuss and give appropriate guidance according to the discussion, so that the students can educate and educate each other through discussion.
Third, give full play to the role of the bridges of the cadres.
