The work plan of the 2019 national class teacher
I am a national class teacher , dealing with a group of children all day long, which has both fun and a lot of depression. The taste of sputum, only one person can know. The students in the class are very different and need me to understand and recognize slowly. Summarizing the experience of the national class teacher over the years, I have made a new year's work plan. The content is as follows:
First, the situation analysis of class students:
The class has 36 students, 15 female students and 21 male students. There are 5 families divorced, no single-parent family, and one classmate is mentally handicapped. One in four of them studied seriously and performed well in all aspects. Some students are smart, have a strong learning ability, have a good attitude, and have excellent academic performance. Most of the students can finish their homework on time, but the general learning method is not flexible enough and the academic performance is good. Nine of the students did not study hard enough, and lacked the ability to learn and succumb to poor academic performance. There is one captain in the class and five captains in the class. Each team has a small captain. The student's personality is usually lively and active, with a wide range of interests, and most of the hobbyists. The overall situation of my class is good. Most of the classmates in the class are disciplined. There are a small number of classroom disciplines to be improved. The students who are not actively raising their hands to answer questions are not loud enough. Continued efforts are needed to encourage the development of their enthusiasm.
Second, class objectives:
In this semester, the goal of our class is to move closer to the Code of Conduct model. In the last semester, the short-term goal of our class was to develop good study habits. Through study and understanding, some students have tried to get rid of their shortcomings and have been recognized by teachers and classmates. However, there are still a small number of students who lack a very objective understanding of their behaviors. I need to continue to work hard during this semester. Carry out ideas and correct their own shortcomings of consciousness.
The medium-term goal set by my class in the last semester is: It is very important to grasp the training of class cadres. It is the key to give full play to their role. We will strive to pass the semester's time and establish their prestige in the class and the spirit of division of labor. Practice has proved that the class cadres are good assistants to the class teacher . Correct selection, training and practical class cadres are conducive to doing a good job in the class.
Third, the existence of shortcomings and corrective measures
In the last semester, our class couldn't do it in class time. Every classmate put the books in the next class well; the tables and chairs were always awkward; I also liked to kick the scorpion in the corridor... Although in just ten minutes, it is always inevitable. Some civilization and harmony. When working in the afternoon and leaving school, it is more sloppy, less serious and less responsible. There are also individual students who often fight and pull into small gangs to bully classmates. In some classes, some students can't follow the classroom discipline, and they always like to whisper, which not only affects the efficiency of their lectures but also affects the teacher's class.
These are the more serious problems in our class last semester. I will address the above questions. In addition to the daily routine education, students will be asked to find out the shortcomings at the beginning of the school. After class discussion, class cadres discuss and students talk about it. First, the form of individual education after collective education is criticized and corrected.
