Their quality education and solving the problem of improving the quality of the whole people will become a hot topic in social discussion. Class construction and management will be integrated into the society. Through the family, they will be guided by the school's moral education department and supervised by the school leaders. Class construction and management will also add new elements and present a new situation.
Third, the development of class work:
1. Establishing a new era of honor and disgrace
General Secretary Hu Jintao’s "Eight Honors and Eight Disgraces" proposed to the whole society is to awaken the sense of social glory of modern citizens. The establishment of a good class requires children in the class to have a strong sense of honor and disgrace. I introduced the Honor and Shame to the class. Two outstanding cadres and two responsible students from the class took on the records of the two books. Every week, in the class meeting, we ask the cadres to read them. I will remind the students to change them, but they will not be crowned. Thereby producing a group of small citizens with a sense of social honor.
2. Respect students and experience equality before the law
Children are also people. They long for freedom and long for the release of ideas. In the course of class construction, we also need children to know that the world has laws and systems. As the saying goes, "There is no rule, why is it a square?" Your freedom cannot override the rights of others. I will start a class meeting and ask the children to write "What should I do?" "What should I not?" "What should the teacher do?" "What should the teacher not do?" In the form of the teacher’s own advertised role, there is a form of agreement with the student. . Let the children fully understand the fairness and justice, the teacher is also a mortal, and there are many mistakes. Under the supervision of the children, I also achieve self-improvement. At the same time, such a class schedule will be formulated and implemented after discussion and adoption by the class committee. Through the collection of various opinions, children have more freedom, but they also know that they have to fulfill certain obligations while enjoying rights. The citizens of society should be like this!
3, student affairs student management, student affairs students do
The fourth grade child has personality and thought. They are very assertive in life. The election of the class cadres in my class has been added to the social team strength on the basis of previous democratic elections. In the process of campaigning, in addition to habitual speeches, it is also necessary to fully reflect the spirit of cooperation and teamwork between people. Therefore, in the course of the campaign, candidates are required to find a partner rehearsal program and practice on their own.
The regular work of the class is also handed over to the cadres in the minds of the children. Line up to raise the flag, prepare before class, exercise, eat queues, etc., have special personnel, responsible. We strive to open up our hands in the regular management of the class, and the cadres will take the lead.
4, grow your own footprint
This semester, I have closely linked students' learning and life. In fact, the main line of life for children is learning, how to find the fun of life in ordinary learning? I started to set up a class diary in the class. Every student in the class recorded one thing that happened to the class, or one person, and used the composition class, language training class, and diary of the school. The little author went to the stage to read his work. The number of works has accumulated over a long period of time, but there is only one diary. I also intend to bring together computer enthusiasts in the class to set up a class newspaper group. Every month, the children’s masterpieces or some beautiful sentences, even children, are published. Their art works. Class diaries and class newspapers will let the children leave a record of their own days.
The construction of the class is like planting a big tree. It requires the hard work of every teacher. It also requires the enthusiastic participation of every student. The big tree in the class can flourish and the children can become a good pillar to adapt to the society. I hope that my immature practices can be supported by the school's moral education department, and at the same time get the criticism of the school leaders!
The history of our country's development is changing with each passing day. Many novel things are born every day. This has created a huge temptation for students. It is easy for students to be distracted and use their minds to play. It is not good to learn. This is the negative impact of the development of the times. I remember that when I went to school, I didn’t have any fun in the society. I had to study with one mind.
